Easy parking and lift made getting in & out easy. Thibault was great- really helpful & gave great recommendations too.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything you’d need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. It’s also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

This apartment is 6 minutes walk from the heart of old Annecy. Very convenient for shops, restaurants and lake activities. It was acceptably clean and reasonably comfortable with good air-con, WiFi dining area and bedroom
The handover could be done way better. We arrived early and could not check in until the time we had given. Every communication is done via WhatsApp, email or text with various instruction only coming the day before. Unless you are looking at your phone regularly and it has good reception it is easy to miss things. It is clear the host uses the previous occupants to make sure the apartment is reasonably clean and their cleaners do the rest. And they do miss things. A lot of the crockery and glasses needed cleaning before use and old shanpoo and soap had been left in the bathroom

Joseph was an incredible man, who helped us with all our needs. The apartment was amazingly clean and located nearly to the lake and the old city. definitely will come back again and will recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a great location. Parking underground was a definite deciding factor when choosing this spot. Easy 5 minute walk to old town. Manager was extremely responsive and also gave great restaurant recommendations. All around great stay.

This is a superbly appointed, spacious (for two) apartment with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout, comprising everything required for a holiday stay. The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. There is a small balcony, not facing the sun at any time, but with a nice lake view. Even though quite hot outside, the apartment remained cool and the provided fans were not needed. The location is excellent, only a short walk to the town centre and to the lakeside, but very quiet and with the shutters down, no road noise at night. The underground parking garage was very secure.
The apartment is in a complex with a significant amount of major construction work still going on all around. There are pallets, gas bottles, glass panels, hoses and coils of pipe etc, scattered all around the block. The persistent smell of cement in the air evoked fond memories of my well paid student job on an oil rig construction site and it was impossible not to bring cement dust into the apartment on the soles of our shoes. Inside the apartment the towels and bed linen did not quite match the quality of the rest of the apartment. The information folder was extremely poor (garage door and WiFi only) with no info at all on the resort and more importantly, not one single instruction leaflet for any of the apartment appliances. There was an extremely limited amount of cupboard/clothes-hanging space, a total of one rail approx 450 mm long and totally insufficient for two, never mind if (as advertised) for four adults plus child were staying. In my opinion the combined living kitchen area would also be a little cramped for that number of people.
