didn’t have proper bed, it was a couch, we had really small sheet for 2 people, found another one only before checking out

It is unexpected, that You need to remove sheets, and remove garbage from the room. I did not see this information in booking. 1 TV remote is not working.

10-15 minute walk from city center and most tourist spots

The property is in a good location, only about 10mins walk from the train and bus stations.

This is my first ever negative review. Imagine looking forward to your stay, and the first thing you have to do is clean up! We were very disappointed, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while, there was hair on the bedsheets, hair on the toilet floor, hair in the bath, hair on the WC! Next.. were large spiders popping out of nowhere, dead spiders in the kitchen that hadn’t been picked up, and oh, someone had picked their nose and spread it on the wall by the WC. Needless to say the images of the room look nothing like the room, the room could clearly do with some renovation.

great location, easy access to everything. I loved the balcony with view of the town and mountains.

Location is good, spacious and pretty quiet apartment and beds are confortable.

Reception is useless, they don’t respect their opening hours. No welcoming coffee in the room. Just expect the minimum and yes check out is at 10 am !!! that’s the earliest check out I have ever experienced…

I booked and paid for the nights of 25 & 27 September. I called the appart hotel on Friday 25 to inform I could not travel that day and will check in on Saturday 26 only and asked if there was any changes in term of accès and code. During the call the staff said all is ok and access codes were fine. It wasn’t. On Saturday I had to call to emergency number, had to wait 10mns only to be informed that the access code were only for arrivals on Friday, thus cannot get the room! And there was nothing he could do except to find another hotel! This is a very poor management and I expect my credit card to be re-credited as I had to find another room.

Price parking too expensive, breakfast too expensive, building crumbling, furnitures ruined, wall with a hole in my bedroom, main corridors stinks. Booking photos are better than reality!!!!!

Excellent location, superb facilities and wonderful staff. A special Thank You to the Manager and his team for being so welcoming and helpful.

The staff were excellent- efficient, very pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't have been any better. On site parking was a great bonus.

Only minor issue was being a bit further from the lake and the brilliant bar/restaurant area than we would have liked(about a 15 minute walk) but hardly worth mentioning.

The location was good, 20 minutes walk from the center. The room was well equipped with all necessities. You can cook your own meal if you want to. Overall a decent experience.

Nothing in particular. The reception was closed on weekend, so didn't interact with any staff. The key access was efficiently managed and had no problem in checkin.

Idéal holiday stay, staff very helpful and the room was lovely

The room was very big, with the bathroom, and a small kitchen, which was perfect for preparing the breakfast as br.were canceled because of covid. The price of the room was finaly smaller than I expected. We paid for the parking lot, at least the car parked in a safe place. Generally satisfied :)

Impossible to get the keys of the room before 3 p.m. (during weekend arrivals) as the key box is set to open exactly for this time. We had to put the bed sheets, towells and so on into the sacs, also the rubbish at the end of the stay and dispose them downstairs because of covid. Nothing hard, but little surprising :)

Great room, although not so centrally located. Very clean which is a plus of course! Staff was incredibly good too!

Location - a bit far off from the city center but other than that, great place.
