Location amazing
Condo very dated with weird layout

Unlike other guests who wrote reviews the management company was very responsive to our needs and provided the door code via email. That went fine for us.
This unit was very close to the American Eagle lift which is what we were after, with a teenager ski race training for a week. HOWEVER, there is only 1 real bed. Fortunately we were able to share it. Everything else in the unit is challenging and often cold with no control of thermostat. Management company did bring us space heaters fairly promptly and that helped a lot. (We had 3 space heaters and a 4th would have been helpful with an extension cord.) My teen and I nicknamed this unit "the 2-story closet". It's very narrow but tall. The upstairs loft has the real bed. There's a small toilet up there and a shower down the hall upstairs. We never used that shower as the space heater cord wasn't long enough to warm that area for a comfortable shower. (We shared the downstairs shower/toilet as there was an outlet for the space heater which we ALWAYS used in there.) We got a parking pass but there were times when there were no spaces and another time when we had to wait for a guy to move because he was boxing us in--no space for him to park at that point. He nabbed my space when I went into Frisco grocery shopping. When my wife and 2nd teen joined us for the 2nd week of race training we stayed in a "proper condo" in Frisco and it was worth the morning drive. (The Frisco condo was the same price for a week. However, other condos at the base of Copper were MUCH more expensive than this unit--now we know it is for good reason. No way would I want my wife spending time in this unit on a ski vacation (and we are people with a rustic cabin in the Wisconsin woods). With this unit, you get what you pay for.

Love the location and the ease of the code for the door etc and easy parking.
Dishwasher wasn't cleaned/unloaded when we arrived. Windows need replaced bc we turned up heat and it didn't improve. The fire didn't do anything and space heaters not safe for young kiddos. Pull outs not comfy. TV not new enough to use roku/streaming devices super frustrating. Internet confused with regular copper internet and didn't allow game consoles to connect.

Location and that’s it!
Layout of furniture was horrible. Everything was dirty. Ceiling fan had clumps of dust. Fireplace door was broken. Wall heaters were falling apart on wall, didn’t look safe. Wall outlets were so old would hold a plug. Again safety issue. Cleaning supplies left for daily use were diluted cheap counter spray. There wasn’t a strainer for pasta. Was advertised to sleep six. That is a joke. We were only family of three. But if I showed up with 6 I’d be so angry. You can’t shove futon type twin beds in every corner.

Great location. And super comfy.
The couch wasn’t comfortable at all
