Close proximity to hill and restaurants

Leaky coffee maker, no soft soap, and having to get keys at a different office location rather than just using a code for entry

I didn't like the fact that other property managers had towel services, and you did not. This unit has not been updated like the other units. They had granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Vacassa's office wasn't easy to find until I asked someone for directions.

The unit I viewed on Bookings.com was #109. It wasn't until a few days later that I was notified by Vacassa that it would be #104. They are not comparable units in terms of comfort and in-unit washer/dryer. When I walked in the unit you can certainly tell the difference.
