The location was perfect for me as I was able to get to all my appointments. I also enjoyed the room and the amenities in the room. Very spacious living room. There's also a gym in the complex which is very well equipped.
I was not very happy with the communication because I was promised things which the agent did not act on. The AC in the living room stopped working and I informed the agent and first I was told someone is coming only to find out a while later that no one is coming because it was a sunday. There were other things that I wish could have been acted upon sooner. Though I must admit that my agent was very friendly, nice and welcoming, still not everything that could have been done was acted upon.

All the furniture are broken, burnt and stink. The bathroom smelled so horrible I had to redo the cleaning. Plates and utensils were all dirty too. Overall this place looks nothing like the pictures, to spend that amount of money for that kind of service, please do not.
Lastly, the host tried to scam me for my change. This was my worst stay ever.
All the pictures are exactly how the apartment looked and it smelled really bad.

The fact that I had to contact the service center/ reception for every time I wanted to use the elevator simply because I was not issued a lift card.

the apartment was not cleaned very well. there was a
cockroach inside of the refrigerator. no soap to bath
was not suitable, the washer leaked had to place a towel
to absorb the water.

Great location and security. Loved the amenities in the building from the pharmacy to the restaurant, and salon. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive when we had issues.
The WiFi was painfully slow and the room didn’t look like it did in the picture. We were expecting a bigger space but the apartment was quite tight, more suitable for a 1-person stay. The TVs weren’t smart, so we ended up having to purchase an Amazon firestick to enjoy some entertainment during our stay.

That the information on booking.com provided was misleading. On booking.com they stated that the appartment was 70 sqmtr but it did not reached even 35 sqmtr. We told our time of arrival and had to wait for a long time before we could enter into the appartment. A few things had to be repaired in the appartment when we where there.

The host needs to be flexible with payment methods. The host needs to utilize the use card payments for tracking purposes. Overall, the service was second to none.

My stay at mirage was pleasant, security was impeccable, beautiful view although I'm scared of height. WiFi was quite weak,but my room was cleaned thoroughly with my permission. David,my host was a wonderful man,very respectful and attentive.. Great job Mirage.

Security and staffs, very clean room and facilities, also the gym
The property don’t have a storage room where customers can leave bacs or suitcases before going to the airport, almost all international flights is late to night between 10 to midnight, or the late checkout time is 12. What to do with you stuff if you want to take a last walking before heading to the airport.
