We loved everything about this cabin and our stay. Reached out to the property manager about a light and she showed up quickly to resolve. We also left something behind and it was mailed to us promptly and easily. Hands down we would stay here again.

Overall, it was alright. Some minor issues we had was there is no phone service at all in the property so it made it harder for those who still wanted to conduct business while on vacation difficult. Experienced wifi issues. Communication was ok. So yeah, not bad.

We had a great time staying at Splashing Bear Lodge. Management was extremely responsive to our few requests and was very easy to communicate with. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Godzilla was a hit in the movie room. One of our guests left a bag behind and management called immediately to make arrangements for its return. We loved our stay!!

Great , comfortable house for ourselves, our grown children and grandchildren ! Well stocked kitchen and the indoor pool was enjoyed by my grandchildren every day. Management was very easy to work with and communicate with on the two minor problems we encountered .

Everything about our stay was easy with no added stress from check in to check out! Margie is amazing to work with & so sweet. Cabin was clean & listing was accurate, location not far from main strip. Will definitely be staying with Maples Ridge again!

Our family enjoyed this cabin. The cabin was spacious, plenty of seating in the main room and beds were very comfortable. Maples Cabin Rental made everything from booking the cabin to checking out very easy. We can’t wait to return next year.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was very large and provided a lot of space for two families to get together but also have privacy. The kids loved the pool, the movie room, the game room, and mini golf at the front of the community. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for cooking pretty big meals. The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. Plus, the house is just a very short drive from lots to do in Pigeon Forge. This is a great place to stay!

Splashing Bear lodge was great! It had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and 6 kids from 1-16 and there was enough room and activities for everyone! Views are amazing! Beds were comfy. Game room and movie room are awesome. The pool alarm was a little hard to figure out initially but we got the hang of it and definitely glad of it for the little kids. Between the alarm and the lock on the pool door we felt the little kids were safe. Steps into the hot tub would have been great but just a minor inconvenience. Location was great not as remote as some cabins we’ve stayed at in the area. Slight issues with the wifi one day but it was resolved quickly. Overall we had a wonderful fall break!

Cabin was easy to access and all codes worked without any trouble. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and the hot tub was in full working order. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We have absolutely no complaints.

Everything was great! The cabin is huge, with plenty of rooms/space. A few little annoyances were things like only half the jets working in hot tub, the microphone for karaoke in the theatre room didn’t work, and when watching Netflix on the tv in the theatre, it was sooo slow and spotty. We couldn’t finish it. But the cabin was clean, management was easy to talk to, and location was perfect!!

Enough room for all 13.5 of us! Indoor pool in cabin was excellent! Just too hot for hot tub. 90's all week! Perfect outdoor pool weather!

Our Hosts were very responsive. We arrived through the back gate which we weren't aware of. Main gate is by pool area. Gate numbers were changed! Other than that it was all perfect!
And yes we saw a bear in our neighborhood in broad daylight!

We greatly enjoyed the cabin. Property manager communicated via text and always responded and attended to our needs. Great location, not to far up the mountain, close to everything.
A turtle greeted us on the porch one morning and we saw a momma bear and her babies on the road right out front of the cabin as we loaded up to return home.
Notes: One of the bedrooms does not have a clothes closet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Splashin' Bear Lodge!
This cabin was the perfect fit for our family of 11 with 6 adults, one teen, three young children, and one toddler. It was great to have the heated pool in the house for an exceptionally cool Memorial Day Weekend and even better that the kids could go swim whenever they wanted (without us having to worry about sunscreen). I really appreciated the safety measures for the pool- it has both a door with an access code as well as an alarm in the pool itself that alerts you when someone gets in the water (when armed).
We had a couple minor things in the house that needed to be addressed, but any issue we had was handled super-quickly and efficiently.
The most surprising highlight was having karaoke in the theatre room. I could not have predicted how much fun us adults would have singing karaoke after all the kids went to bed!
The location is great. You still feel surrounded by mountains even when you're only a few minutes from everything in Pigeon Forge.
We loved our stay and highly recommend the Splashin' Bear Lodge!

The house was amazing there were 12 of us (5 adults, 7 kids) and we all enjoyed our own personal space plus the ability to be together. The pool was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults. With having small kids we liked that there was a key code lock to the pool. Very nice place to stay.

I coach a not for profit football travel team and we stayed at this property during a tourney weekend. Communication from start to finish was amazing. Tons of space and amenities. I mentioned needing a toaster and one was on my doorstep soon after. We didn’t need all of the utensils but the drawers and cabinets were stocked very well if you did. That’s not always the case when we travel. Highly recommended.

The stay was extremely good, just a few minor cleaning details that I reported and they were resolved, but the beautiful spacious place is as it appears in the photos and the pool and Jacuzzi are excellent, I definitely recommend it and I will return next year !! and thanks to the people of the administration who at all times were attentive to our stay and for their loving attention!
