Location
Smells, air condition loud and did not work well. Beds were very uncomfortable.
Stayed one night, paid for a week.
Lucky to find a hotel to relocate.
Son in law had an asthma attack from the mold.
Horrible experience.
Nothing could be corrected in timely manner so we left on our own accord.
Contacted host and all we got back was a "sorry" .

Apartment was tired and dirty. A/C did not work and our multiple request/s to address were ignored.

Location.
There was a sewer gas leak in the main bedroom. I contacted the host multiple times and was ignored. Booking.com also refused to help.
This is a two bedroom with a closet and a couch. Nothing more.

The proximity to the centre of Florence was excellent, as were the views. The size of the apartment was a great bonus.
We were left standing on the street in the sun for 90 minutes to get into the apartment, in spite of an in principle agreement 6 months prior and a verbal agreement the day before to drop our bags a little earlier.

the third bedroom really did not have a real bed and second bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all and seemed very old. the sofas were not comfortable either and the cushions keep sliding off.

location, view, amount of space, kitchen. we left some souvenirs there by accident and they are mailing them to us. it was nice to have a washer dryer in the unit but it would have been nice to have a little instruction on how to use when we checked it.
couches were uncomfortable , guest bedroom bed was uncomfortable- one person ended up sleeping in the adjacent room .

The location is incredible, and the view from the property is stunning. The property is a great size.
Owners were communicative and welcoming.
Please note that I am being picky here… it’s noisy. Whether it was hearing the world outside, the neighbours upstairs or the air conditioning unit, most of our group were disturbed by something. It certainly didn’t ruin the trip, I am simply recommending earplugs.
Other small issues of tv not working ( couldn’t be bothered to get in touch with owner) and beds being a little hard for some.

Location, location, location! Amazing views, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, clean and spacious. Excellent, friendly service from the apartment owner. Paid parking lot ( Lugarno) directly next door. Small grocery across the street. A perfect stay.

This place was vey spacious and extremely comfortable. The view was awesome along with the location.

Location was awesome—overlooking the Arno River and Vecchio Bridge and close to restaurants and sights. The host was accommodating—he let us arrive early so we could get lunch and get ready for an early afternoon tour— and friendly. Plenty of room for two couples.
It was hot and the air conditioner was not working!

The location was amazing: beautifully decorated and great view.
the photos had indicated there were bath tubs which I had looked forward to for health reasons - they had been replaced by showers. it was very noisy from construction outside.

Amazing location with a truly beautiful view. Clean, modern and fantastic styling.
Paolo was brilliant and so accommodating. He gave us tips and was always there if we needed any help.
We loved staying here and we highly recommend it.
The sofas and the mattresses in the middle bedroom were not comfortable.
Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee and tea in the apartment.

Excellent space & location. Near lots of good bars & restaurants & all major tourist attractions. Good size bedrooms
The water pressure isn’t great so the rain showers aren’t really useable.
