Gianni was quick to respond and very helpful. He welcomed us with a gift and mapped out places for us to go. The appartment was very secure and large with lift access and air conditioning.

The owner of the property was really nice. He welcomed us on time. Then, he showed us on a map which places are the best to visit or eat at. In addition the apartment has a large balcony that has a really nice garden to look at below.

Great location, spacious, clean but didn’t feel like we were in the city centre.

The apartment is situated amongst all the major sites and restaurants. The apartment has everything you could ever need in regards to your stay and Gianni the host could not be more helpful. Nothing was a problem for him. And all his food and tourist recommendations were excellent.

Beautiful, huge, and elegant apartment with high ceilings and multiple balconies. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to all attractions yet quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Perfect stay in a lovely apartment.

Wow! All the charm and elegance you could hope for with an amazing location in the heart of Florence! During our 4 day stay, we walked to the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and many of the other main sights and attractions without having to take any taxis. You could also walk to the train station which if about 5-10 minutes away. If security is a concern, this apartment has 4 doors that need to be opened to access the apartment. We felt extremely safe! Although the apartment is on the 1st floor ( 1 flight of stairs), there was a spacious elevator which makes carrying your luggage very easy. This property is very large! From the long corridor upon your entry into the apartment, to the two bedrooms and incredible living room. You also have a balcony to the courtyard in the back with access from 3 different rooms overlooking a beautiful garden. The is a second balcony off the kitchen which was great for dinning and finding shade throughout the day. The two bathrooms were spacious and perfectly equipped. I also can’t thank the staff enough for accommodating an extra person at the last minute!! If this rental is available… take it!!!!

The lock on the door to the back patio in the smaller bedroom may need to be replaced / fixed as they we difficult to lock, but in saying this, I really can’t think of anything else to complain about.

Gianni, our host, was fantastic. He was super accommodating and also gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see in Florence. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the location was very convenient to the train station and local attractions.
