location. spacious. air conditioning. very clean. loved it🥰

The host was very communicative and friendly. He met us for check in and gave us a LOT of good information, including a great recommendation for a restaurant. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of hot water int he shower with great water pressure. The location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and within 20 minutes walk to just about anyplace else a tourist could want to go in Florence.

I would suggest the owner get rid of the desks in each room and replace them with dressers that have drawers. If I stay somewhere more than 2-3 nights, I like to unpack my luggage. There is an armoire in each room which is good for things that need to be hung up, but not so much for things that go into drawers (like underwear and socks).

Landlord was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

The bed was a little hard.

Spending three nights in a building built in XV century is quite an unique experience... The apartment is cozy and stylish incorporating somehow the Florence Renaissance spirit. The location is just great, next to the Firenze SMN central station and in walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The host gave us very useful tips in order to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Nothing worth mentioning...

Close proximity to all attractions, restaurants and train station. Very clean apartment and owner made us feel at home. Best place to stay and be close to the Florence culture.
