The location was amazing and one of the main reasons we choose the property. We liked the layout of the property and once we had worked our which key was for which door- we were away! Close to supermarket for supplies. I appreciated the videos of key collection shared on whats app.....this made access to the property a great deal easier. The property was immaculate- and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the 'white appliances' easy to use. Our hosts, Carolina and Luca were just a message away- and kept in touch. Thank you Carolina.

This probably sounds a little 'picky' but it would have been great to have had some milk so that we could make a coffee without having to back out after a long day travelling. A few dishwasher tabs would also have been useful. Only 3 wine glasses! The lounge sofabed is not that great for relaxing on. Took our pillows up to make it a little more comfortable. Not sure where everyone would sit if the property was occupied by 5 people.

The location was excellent!!! It is only a 9 minute walk from the train station and central to everything. Location in a quiet area which is a huge plus! Washing machine worked good and the patio was very nice! The host was great and offered us a self check in. It was a fantastic experience!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great location and tons of space. Bathrooms were both fantastic. Host was very helpful and accomodating.

Layout is a bit funky - LR space in loft area not convenient. Stairs up and number of doors to lock was not ideal.

Outstanding appartment with all of the ammenities our family needed to spend two days in the heart of Florence. Everything was a short walking distance from the appartment, which allowed us to take a quick rest before heading out for dinner later in the evenings. Luca was readily available and in direct communication when needed. There were detailed written recommendations available on the kitchen table (restaurants, bus transportation, etc). Washing machine was perfect to do some quick laundry before heading out to Rome.

The location cannot be beat. It was an easy walk to everything in Florence, but on a quieter street with no noise issues. Excellent communication with the host before and during our stay. The apartment is beautiful, modern and very comfortable for a family of 4. There were four separate locked doors with four separate keys, so we felt very secure leaving our teen girls at the apartment alone. It came stocked with coffee and tea and some essentials (olive oil, etc) which we appreciated.

It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the dry cycle of the washing machine. We never could figure it out and needed to wash (and dry) clothes. That is really my only complaint.

Very secure entry, pretty apartment with high ceilings and separate media area, modern kitchen. Strong wifi. Easy walk to everything.

Very nice apartment in the city center. Two big bedrooms with double beds and two separate bathrooms. Everything was spotless clean and comfortable. The host help us with the parking(which is exactly in front of the entrance of our building).
