I love the location of the Hotel. Rooms were large enough and beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom pipes had a bad smell in one of the rooms.

Hotel veramente bello, estremamente confortevole, situato in un contesto antico e in una posizione ottimale per visitare Firenze. Camera molto accogliente e di fascino, fornita anche di una utile kitchenette. Letto comodissimo. Ottima e ricca anche la colazione. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Close to everything middle of the city center.

The WiFi in our room did not work the breakfast area could use some updating they need to put some hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels.

No elevator. Steps. Tough for lougage. They do provide porter help though.

In perfect position in Florence close to all main attractions. Breakfast was plntiful and very good. Our coffee Barista was wonderful, and staff were very helpful to any of our requests. Really liked the pool with Bar.

The major issue is no lift in the building. My mother has had two knee replacements, and it was a terrible experience for her in that snse only. Other than that it was fine.

Breakfast was very poor- Very little selection. No lift for luggage. Had to pay extra for the pool when’s the price for accommodation was not worth the price that was being charged.

The bathroom was tiny and the jacuzzi was cold.

Excellent location, huge room with tons of amenities. Even had a sauna and exercise nine in the room. Very clean. Wonderful service from front desk staff.

The staff was friendly, the location was a short walk to see the main attractions, and the shower was very modern. The receptionist was also able to call us a taxi on the morning of our departure.

The first morning we went to breakfast and nearly all the hot foods were empty, and the cushion for the chair was exposed with torn chunks of foam; we left to buy breakfast even though it was included with the stay. I also didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool when there were no chairs available, and we were there after 1630 for just over an hour; the pool area is also pretty unkempt since it's surrounded by trees.

Location is very good . The room is newly renovated and clean, but the bathroom is very small. Breakfast not to bed . There is no elevator

They don’t have an elevator! Don’t fall for that “The elevator is broken “ stuff. There IS no elevator! Toilet ran & lost lots of water.

Location - near Duomo and many restaurants nearby.
