Good location. Easy to access
The place has a lack of care in maintenance. The doors of the room were broken. The floor was wet and space smelled bad.
We needed to leave the baggage at the reception and it wasn’t possible as there wasn’t anybody attending before 9am.

We arrived at around 16.00, our room was not ready yet!
We left our bags and went around the center of the city, came back at 19.15, there were 2 girls "cleaning" the room.
When we finally got in, around 19.30 the room was as dirty as we left it. Shower was dirty, sofa had the same hair we found when we first got in, they even left a dirty towel with the new ones.
I'm so sorry to say it but we stayed at Condo Gardens both in Brussels and Anversa and we would not recommend it as far as cleaning and service goes, even though it's very cheap.

Nothing
Felt unsafe. Unsavory characters reeking of alcohol were leaving the building early in the morning. The whole appearance was grubby and we decided to forfeit the payment and stay elsewhere.

I like the staffs, they're friendly. The location, the price.
I know it hot in Belgium around the time we came (June 2023) but the 1st room we had doesn't have any windows, no fans etc. So we kindly asked for a room change so we could have at least one window. Me and my partner had a lot of we think bed bugs bite and it wasn't nice to start with as we have a lot of red marks in our bodies.

I could do the late check out with only 15 euros extra.
Light of one room was not working.

Friendly receptionist, easy drop-off system, clean and well equipped studio in handy location!
You could hear the neighbours from every adjacent room and then some. The shared space was used up until 03.00 hrs (saturday).

props to the reception guy! gave us another room when ours wasn't ready at check in, came when we complained about the toilet being broken & gave us extra towels.
a lot of noise, no one respects the silent hours. the toilet sometimes didn’t flush & was leaking!! bathroom had a weird smell, and only has a mirror light. the shower had barely any water flow & the temperature of the water was rather lukewarm.
the lights of the apartment didn’t even work anymore on our last day of staying.
one flat pillow to sleep, you can feel the wood of the bed through the mattress.

The manager was very kind making us a earlier check in. The room was big, with a lot of space and places to pack the clothes. It was a quite place, and we slept tranquility.
The place could and should be more clean, the floor sould have carpets, including the bathroom, because the floor was tiles.

Not far from city centre. Provided basic comfort like roof above our heads, walls and warm water.
As we entered the room it was nearly the outside temperature it felt like probably 10-12 degrees. The room as very spacious, with very high ceiling, as such high air volume. The windows were cold, so most probably not sufficiently heat insulated. There were 2 pieces of 2kW resistive heaters (basic small household units) in the room, which were both switched off. 4kw resistive heat is highly insufficient and inefficient for warming such a big space, especially if you have to start from scratch. On top of that the one heater unit kept tripping the overheat protection and had a broken thermostat, I could get it to come intermittently on and off only after tweaking the thermostat so that it didn't get very hot and didn't trip the protection, which took me about 1 hour. The entry instructions which I received through the booking app had an emergency number listed which I called but couldn't contact anyone. On the next day I found out that on a piece of paper which we got with our key was ANOTHER emergency number which is the proper one, I still can't understand why there have to be 2 different numbers. After I complained to booking and the person at checkout with specific description of the problem with the broken heater I got a written response from booking that the person in the building had checked the heaters and they were working, so probably an implication that I was lying?! On top of that the person at checkout admitted that the rooms are "very cold" if not heated which they weren't. The deception continued as I received a message from the property in the booking app telling me that my payment didn't come through as the card was under different name, both of which were lies, as the payment clearly appeared in my credit card statement. I was asked to provide copy of my card and my ID which of course I didn't do.

The room was great and we loved that there was a kitchen in the room.
We didn't like that the bathroom in the hotel room didn't have a roof.
2.8
That has all you need.
A lot of mosquitos in the room , don't let you sleep.
The walls are dirty and also the roof.
not properly maintained.
Didn't like it at all. i was expecting the sun to run away from the room.

Location is convenient to reach by walking from the main station.
Sheets were stained, toilet was not cleaned, mold on the walls. There was a connecting door to the next room that made us hear every word our neighbours spoke. Elevator worked sporadically. Would have expected that from a 20 € hostel, but not for a 120 € rate.

-The host was very friendly and helpful.
-central area
the building looks like a dormitory I stayed on the top floor in the attic and it was horribly…

Very good, decent place. Spacious so you can rest properly. Not brand new but good to sleep, have a coffee and look at Antwerp in the evening. Location central. Good option in the city, better than most standard hotels, cleaner and larger rooms.
Some equipment or bathroom outdated. Though, all works.

The rooms were huge with some facilities to cook your own food ... that’s summarizes the positives of this stay
The property is in a very weird and empty part of Antwerp with minimal people around it so at times it feels unsafe in late night . The property had no good heater except for two small heaters which were too little for the huge room with a pretty high ceiling , we visited in December during Christmas so it was quite uncomfortable with weak heaters . The rooms have thin walls so one can hear your neighbor flushing , laughing , shouting and also other nightly things throughout the night . Our bed was broken with a missing leg, the broken leg was found on top of the cupboard. So pretty much not at all value for the 119 euros I paid for one night .
2.8
easiness of check-in, out, location
every movement the neighbours do in their room, especially on the platform where the beds are, is being heard. ni discrete ambiance possible. plus the stairs to the bed are not fitting for elder people.
