Good breakfast, nice and clean hotel

The staff were fabulous! We needed a last minute room, on a holiday weekend, and they were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. Everyone attended to our needs. We traveled with a walker and a wheelchair. Everything easily accessible.

It is a pity, that hotel restaurant is not open for serving dinners, but at the end there are planty of good options to eat in the center, which is just 5 mins walk

there was some sort of nightlight that was on when we turned the lights off. it went off after awhile but made it hard to sleep. And we couldn’t find a glass for the prayer juice so we grabbed a tea cup, and later was yelled at my an employee for using a tea cup and not the correct juice glass. was hurtful when there were no glasses by the fresh orange juice itself. so how were we to know. if it was important enough to yell at us, they should have had a sign or glasses sitting right there, not behind us high on a shelf.

Generally very impressed. Very nice rooms and the swimming pool was great. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the staff at the reception desk were generally very helpful. The massage offers were fantastic too. We had hot stone massages which were amazing! The hotel also had a perfect location. Just a stone throw away from the town centre but far enough to feel nice and quiet and secluded from the busy part of the town. There was also a bus station right near the hotel.

The space at breakfast was quite small when it got busy (some people had to stand and wait). It’s also a shame that there was no restaurant/food in the evening, but that might have been due to the fact that it was out of ski season. There weren’t many car parking spaces at the front of the hotel (around 10) so were kind of forced to park in the underground car park for 12€ a day. We also found it very strange that there was no “do not disturb” sign in the room - the cleaners just knocked and walked in to ask if they could clean, which made the second day a little awkward because we couldn’t get comfy in our room knowing they could come at any minute. Simple “do not disturb” signs would be great, as well as a small piece of paper with information about the hotel (eg reminder about when breakfast is, opening times for swimming pool and sauna…).
