Bardzo miła obsługa hotelowa jak i rownież kelnerska. Pyszne jedzenie , świeże. Duży wybór potraw. Lampka szampana do śniadania . Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek z rodzina. Zajęcia i zabawy dla dzieci. Bawialnia oraz sala zabaw. Każdego dnia duża pluszowa maskotka Liska witała się z każdym dzieckiem i zapraszała na zabawy. W pokoju tv z internetem. Bardzo czysto ale to bardzo! Dla nas wszystko było tam idealne. Widok z restauracji na rozciągające się pasmo gór zapierał dech ! Klimatycznie, ciepło, romantycznie i nastrojowo.

Amazing property in the heart of mountain resort. Perfect view from our room, amazing restaurant with good selection of food, great spa with jacuzzi, saunas and swimming pool. Hotel has own ski rental and individual cameras for ski storage for each room.

Hotel is quite a distant from town center and main skiing areas. Unless you have a car, you had to use ski bus (free, but on specific schedule) or taxi that is quite an expensive.

Es war ein Superurlaub! Das Essen war hervorragend. Wir hatten ursprünglich nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Aber nachdem wir das Bufett gesehen haben, jeden Abend dieses genutzt. Beim Zimmer sollte man mit Balkon buchen wegen der tollen Aussicht. Wir hatten auch bestes Wetter zum Wandern, aber auch im Hotel gibt es eine wunderbare Wellneswelt.

Nice location

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views. The picturesque surroundings added to the overall charm of the place. The hotel boasts a small but refreshing pool and a sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Additionally, the bar offers a delightful selection of cocktails, and its open design allows guests to enjoy the beautiful view while sipping their drinks. One of the highlights of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. It was a relief to be able to bring my furry friend along and enjoy our stay together. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the breakfast served was of high quality. The variety and taste of the food were impressive, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. It's worth noting that a significant portion of the hotel's guests were families with children. While this created a lively atmosphere, some guests may find the noise during breakfast a bit overwhelming.

The housekeeping service did not clean the room daily, and I had to call reception to request fresh towels. However, once I brought it to their attention, they promptly addressed the issue. The luxury suite with a balcony was smaller than expected. While it was comfortable, it may not be ideal for those seeking a more spacious accommodation. During check-out, I was surprised to find an additional charge of 7 euros per day for parking automatically added to the room rate. The hotel did not inquire whether I had arrived by car or not, which felt unnecessary and could have been clarified beforehand.

the location is beautiful, mountain view from the balcony and terace. Although balcony is not renovated and not equiped normaly - one chair for the pair of us. Also the dorstep to the balcony was my enemy :) It was renovated recently so the room was ok, spa was ok, although premium balcony was under construction and not clean. Service was great in the bar and terace.

the first thing why I WOULD NEVER GO BACK to this hotel is animal neglect. I don’t know is it from the lack of knowledge or ignorance, but I will write what I wrote to manager: I’m a guest here and what devastated me upon coming here is the bunny kept in a cage in a not very good conditions. I keep rabbits myself and I had my lessons as well. To start with, I’m not writing to start a conflict but a discussion. The few days I’ve been here the bunny water was not changed, you can see that in a picture. Yesterday noon I asked administrator to change it, she said ok but nothing was changed this morning. So I asked again and said I’m not leaving till she changes, she was very unhappy and rude but changed it. I see theres not enough hay as well. SHE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT. It was hard for her to change water for the poor animal. Rabbits are not cage animals. Just like dogs and cats, they need space to run around and especially these lionheads they need company, they usually live in a pair. The cages started with people who keep them for meet and doesn’t give a damn about them. Usually people arranges enclosures for the rabbits where they can roam if they can’t keep them free in a house. Which I understand is not possible in a hotel. Overall we had an okaish stay, the room was very nice and the SPA (the private one) was very nice and calm.

Although the SPA was nice, it was not included in the price of the stay and you need to pay an extra 20€ per person a day to access it. What did not help was that the food at breakfast and dinner was often cold. The WIFI was horrible and some of the staff (not all though) was unfriendly. I feel like the ultimate goal of the hotel is not to make you feel nice and welcome but to make as much money as possible.

Beautiful room design, very comfortable bed and superb bathroom facility. Stunning views over the mountains. Very good breakfast too!

Both blonde ladies behind the bar need hygiene training. Drinks were prepared with no heath standards. No bar tools were used when drinks were prepared, ingredients like lemon, orange, ice ,were all added to drinks with bare hands which were later wiped in a dirty apron. Besides both ladies were quite rude and very impatient. No smile on their faces, not very welcoming to sit and have a drink. They both need proper training.

Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, resteraunt lovely ,all staff friendly and breakfast buffet was fantastic!! Totally spoilt for choice 👌
