Rooms are old, road is congested, had to find valet. Pool was in building next door. Wasn’t worth the money.

The pictures listed are NOT of the hotel, theyre of the hotel next door that they send you to for pool, and laundry facilities. There is no parking unless you pay $25 a day for the same next door hotel. The entire east half of the hotel is next to a high-rise hotel being built, so you're awakened by construction noise, and loud music. There is no view of the ocean like advertised, you see nothing but construction and trash. The street out front is full of potholes, so watch that rental! Breakfast area is way too small, and is shared with next door hotel, and is the exact same food every day. No microwave or hair drier in the rooms..and the elevator feels like impending doom the first few times you get in it. I paid extra to not stay in a place like this. The photos are total misrepresentation.

It had a cozy feel to it, the staff were very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. The location of the property was convenient. Was able to get just enough quarters from the front desk for laundry.

The hotel is very outdated. The pool access was at the sister hotel next door and laundry access was across the street at the Holiday inn express, which btw was almost $10 to wash and dry a small load and there isn’t a place to get quarters. The balcony was covered by scaffolding and construction almost every morning. The AC was leaking in the room and had to use my ice bucket to catch the water and a towel under the balcony door to keep the bugs out.

The elevator was very sketchy, the cable tv didn’t work in room, and a couple of sockets didn’t work.

Breakfast, location, and cleanliness were the top positive aspects of the facility. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I had marked the space online requesting a crib, but we didn't have one the first night, and the desk couldn't provide one because that's housekeeping's responsibility. I would've put it in the notes if I had known I needed to request it there, too.

Location. Good size room. Patio area on 5th floor.

No parking on property. Breakfast, pool, & gym were all located at their sister property next door not onsite. Rooms are not quiet. You’ll could hear neighbors in their rooms, people outside, traffic, and construction next door.

The location is great. It is close to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. The front desk was very helpful. I had a great stay.

The facilities are old, though still are functioning.

Staff is nice and very helpful. Store for small items opened 24/7. Friendly lady in dining room. Location is good, near the beach 7 mins. Also restaurants very close.

Didn't do service every day. Didn't have hot water first day but they fixed it after request. Internet sometimes down. AC quite loud.......
