Comfortable bed, clean, friendly, close to restaurants, free shuttle to port.

No complementary breakfast or coffee, need a taxi to Old San Juan, would not stay there more than 1or two nights.

The room was clean. The hotel is "bare bones" but the price was right for the location and good for a 1-2 night stay. We were in San Juan to go on a cruise. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. The AC worked well. Hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to the cruise port. We would stay again if in San Juan for a cruise.

There were only 2 towels in room and no wash cloths.

The room has a nice presentation, the lobby was nice, and despite being in a rough feeling area of town the hotel felt very secure. We found bedbugs in our room immediately on check-in and that is the only reason we did not stay.

BEDBUGS! We checked into our room and immediately found evidence of bedbugs along the seams of both mattresses in the room. The stains were on all sides of the mattresses and on both queen sized mattresses. The hotel was immediately notified, and a clerk followed us to our room where he tried to explain the stains by saying that it was rust stains. We are both doctors, and I have a background in microbiology, so we were dismayed by the effort to tell us we were wrong. The clerk did text his supervisor who told him that they had no alternative lodging available. We were told that the stains were not from bedbugs and that was their final decision. We were left trying to find a hotel at 11:45pm in downtown San Juan which was very stressful. We did take plenty of photo evidence which I will include. The FIRST photo I will include is from Purdue University entomology department as a reference photo. The photos being with the shot of the room proving that we were in their hotel. We are asking for a refund and they are refusing, today they told us; "There are no bedbugs on the entire island of Puerto Rico." which is objectively false. I have sympathy because they're horrible to deal with, but turning a blind eye continues to infect travelers.

Single night stay before a cruise. Close to port and shuttle provided. This isn’t a luxurious hotel but excellent for what it proposes to be- good, clean, safe, convenient location.

The front desk staff was friendly & nice.

Room was filthy. The sheets had black spots and hair on them. One pillowcase had blood on it. The walls had blood and dirt on them. One window had a bullet hole in it.

bilingual front desk. very friendly. housekeeping did not leave towels..she brought them.

was not told that limited above ground parking. only 6 spots. and that indoor garage parking is very tight. we rented a small SUV from budget and barely fit in. but made it.
