Clean and modern property, suited our family needs very well.

A bit tricky to find, but did so with a quick visit to the nearby rental office.

It was exceptionally clean and honestly a breath of fresh air after the other Airbnbs we stayed in. Wish we could have stayed here a little longer. Comfy beds, and linens/towels smelled fresh and clean.

The large list of possible charges that could be incurred was a little intimidating.

The beds were very high. It was a safety issue for my 96 year old mom, so she had to sleep on the couch.

The property was wonderful! It was big and spacious and centrally located in Old San Juan. We enjoyed the home theater room to watch videos we had taken on our trip too, which was a nice bonus!

We would have rated it a 10, but because we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the a/c in the stairwell because the remote was missing, couldn’t turn on the light or fan in the master toilet room, there was a green line from top to bottom of the tv in the movie room (but it still played), some missing door handles, and the most concerning thing we were worried about was the security of our belongings when we weren’t there because you could open the small window size opening on the door and reach in to unlock the door. As for parking, they tell you that you have to pick up a paper from their office to receive their parking discount, yet the parking lot and garages wouldn’t honor any discount. We ended up parking on the street which cost nothing and it didn’t take too long to find a spot. Also, we used Old San Juan Rentals twice at the beginning of our trip and they were fantastic, but unfortunately for this stay we informed them we would arrive at 3pm, but we did not receive the entry code. We were waiting in the heat at the door for almost 20 min with my 96 year old mom who had to go to the bathroom and couldn’t hold it. We tried to contact them via booking.com messaging, called them numerous times with no answer, then had to call booking.com customer service before Old San Juan Rentals finally answered their phone and gave us the code. This made the situation very time consuming and difficult to resolve.
