Excellent location, very professional staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the food, the room, the garden bar, rooftop bar - all amazing, artsy and contemporary, all detailed to the highest standard - we absolutely loved it. And all of this in a real palacio in the center of Madrid - we walked everywhere and came back for a nap and then went again :) concierge recommended best food places all nearby

Zimmer super, sehr ruhig, gute Betten, Lage gut. Toller Service an der Rezeption.
Es könnte mehr Ablageflächen im Badezimmer geben.
Es wurde teilweise teurerer Wein als in Karte ausgeschenkt ohne Information vorab und sehr knapp bemessen.

Embiente in einem alten Palast einzigartig, stilvoll eingerichtet, wohnlich-chic-gemütlich. Wunderbarer Innenhof. Pool, Liegen, Dachterrasse im 7. Stock wunderbar. Frühstück und Service hervorragend.
Das Personal war stets extrem freundlich.
2 Vans stehen für die Gäste bereit für kurze Fahrten innerhalb Madrids.
Die Barkeeper und Getränke waren top.
Zimmer alles vorhanden, jeden Tag genügend Wasserflaschen.
Ruhige Lage - wir haben richtig gut geschlafen.

Dalla struttura molto particolare ed elegante, allo staff educato, cortese ed affabile.
Colazione variegata e con ottimi prodotti, in particolare la frutta.
Camera comoda, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort.

Konumu oldukça iyi , otel, odalar hoş özellikle arka bahçe sempatik rahatça puro içilebiliyor . Resepsiyon hizmetleri ve oda servisi oldukça başarılı
Kahvaltı çok yetersiz bu kalitede bir otelden daha iyisini bekliyorsunuz . Kahvaltıdaki personel hizmeti de oldukça sıradan .

Lovely quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bedding . The staff were lovely and the building is beautiful. I particularly liked the jacuzzi at the rooftop pool. It was lovely .
Breakfast was expensive, we chose to eat it elsewhere. Loads of bars and cafes nearby so not a problem.

Size and depth of pool but eh it's Europe, it's ment more as a cool off area. Rather than a real swimming pool.

GREAT Stuf always helps with any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend this plays to stay in Madrid to my family and college to stay in the heart of Madrid and enjoy the moment!

Rooms were close together.
Toilet seal was broken and toilet was wobbly. It was reported but not fixed. Bathroom was too small. Room was crowded with furniture and very dark.

The spa facilities, whilst small, were high quality with excellent treatment rooms and staff. Had a top quality massage treatment.
Rooms are well equipped but not large.
Roof top pool is pleasant but not a large area, with a number of the sun bed areas reserved only for pre-booking at a fee even as a hotel guest.

Staff were incredibly helpful we had so many requests because of our baby and they dealt with them all super fast and with a positive attitude.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. Service was exceptional. Rooms nicely done, breakfasts very good.
The red level is not really worth the extra expense. The idea is great but the area is not comfortable enough. It’s more like a restaurant and needs to be more inviting. Also table service would make it more appealing.

the food was very poor especially in the lounge Breakfast average eggs greasy no selection of cheese poor selection of pastries no crackers. the evening food in red lounge appalling. tiny plates of nothing! very pretentious and not good value.
