Good location. Price vs value is okay not great. Breakfast as a standard is not included - was not that clear when booking - had to pay separately. Bedside lighting can definitely be improved

Really comfortable, well appointed rooms with great facilities. Centrally located, excellent staff and service; delicious breakfast. Good value and couldn’t really ask for more.
Tiniest of snipes is that it is spread into two blocks- but that’s really not a big issue at all.

The location was perfect it was close to best restaurants, Oceans Mall and the beach. Everything was a walking distance. It was about 15 - 18KM to Ushaka Marine, north beach and the fun fair.
The security most importantly 👌 in at the hotel and there is also police services and Marshall security visible around the area.

Great location, super friendly staff, welcoming hotel lobby
They offer a safe storage room for luggage after checkout, so you can spend as much time at breakfast or at the beach as you want on the day
We booked for 3 people but only there were only to sets of towels in the room.
Bathroom needs some attention, wall fixtures were loose/skew, no toilet brush

Room exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and modern. Value for money. Location is excellent, everything is within walking distance.
The people at reception when we checked in were not very friendly. Welcome was poor. Would of been nice to be engaged with in a more positive and happy manner.
