Struttura pulita. La stanza era abbastanza confortevole. Il bagno grande così come la doccia.

Un po' datato lo stile del bagno. Il personale freddo.

Restaurant is excellent. Staff from restaurant is also amicable enough for enjoying the meal.

Run down hotel in need of doing up. Personnel unfriendly (except for one receptionist who was helpful). Dinner in restaurant was bad food and bad service.

Breakfast was very good value and the staff were superb.

The beds were too/very, very hard.

Room was comfortable. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was basic but ample.

There could have been more variety in the breakfast on offer. Bathroom could benefit from updating.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They are all so smiley and helpful. A special mention to Angela, who arranged a taxi tour of the monastery and the military cemeteries when our pre booked tour was cancelled after we arrived in Italy. Thank you so much. She was excellent. The staff are a credit to the hotel.
