Appartamento al primo piano di una palazzina in zona molto ben servita da bar, farmacie ecc. La casa è arredata con molto gusto, per la colazione c'è un servizio di piatti e tazze molto elegante. La Signora Anna Teresa e suo figlio Antonio sono degli ottimi anfitrioni. Ci hanno coccolato e fornito indicazioni per visitare posti vicini. La stanza molto curata e pulitissima con una bella doccia. La colazione all'italiana molto varia con prodotti freschi.

Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und eine hochwertige Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung. Das separate Badezimmer war außergewöhnlich hochwertig.
Das Frühstück war persönlich, herzlich und wertschätzend.
Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen und in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alle war sauber und gepflegt.

La struttura è comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada e il parcheggio in strada è facile da trovare. Il B&B è stato deliziosamente arredato dalla signora Anna Teresa che ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza nonostante il fortissimo ritardo per il check-in. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, con un letto molto comodo e il bagno privato, anch'esso molto pulito e con una grande doccia. La nostra camera aveva anche l'accesso al balcone comune. La colazione è varia e gustosa (ci sono anche dei dolci buonissimi fatti da Anna Teresa).

Beautiful place. Major problem, they have an elevator but choose not to use it. We were five ladies, each with a heavy suitcase. Had to lug bags up and down stairs with no help.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Good water pressure. Clean rooms
Breakfast was simple we had home made muffins which were delicious
Would have liked a bottle of water in the room but found water in fridge the next day
The elevator was broken , it would have been a blessing as we were 5 pple and we had loads of luggage it was hard to get them up the stairs

The place was very clean. The bathroom was modern and beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a short walk from the train station. We felt very safe in the unit and area. The host did not speak English, but she used google translate, so it was not a problem.
A morning breakfast was provided. It would have been nice to have had fruit included.

Any one who has been on vacation knows timing is not perfect. I was running an hour behind schedule and tried to call the property owner, but no one picked up phone, then no one was at check in upon arrival at 5:30pm. The property owner Anna Teresa finally picked up the phone and hung up saying she did not speak English. Her son called back asking I go back because his mom is home now. When I returned, all she did was yelled nonstop in Italian via Google translate and told me parking is not available, which was reserved during booking. I finally decided to leave after she continued screaming for 15 minutes because how can one stay overnight at a place with someone verbally abusive and without a place to park my car. I have visited Italy four times. The property owner Anna Teresa was the rudest person I have ever met in the country. She should learn a lesson not to yell at costumers if she wish to do business successfully. Worst part is she dared to charge me as a “no show”, which I refused to pay and disputed with Booking.com and my credit card.

The room was beautiful and immaculate and the BnB is run by a super friendly host.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the addition of home made cake or tarts was a lovely touch. Great central location with many choices of restaurants nearby.
