Lovely grounds, great location. We had a wonderful dinner in the dining room but apparently it is unaffiliated with the Bed and Breakfast and is run separately. Read on for info about our awful experience with breakfast.

Room was very dated and shabby for price paid. Needed a facelift for sure. Breakfast was dreadful. We had become accustomed to wonderful breads and jams/honeys and the personal touch at the Agriturismos and BandB's we stayed in during our 5 weeks in Italy. We are easy to please and just want to feel we receive value for price paid. We did not expect prepackaged commercial breads, and a cold breakfast with minimal food laid out (ie: 2 pieces of cured ham/person), and juice boxes. Our table was unclean and cutlery and coffee cups were dirty. There was nobody there for the first 15 minutes we sat. Eventually a woman appeared and she made us coffee. She tried very hard but she had little to work with. We would not recommend or stay here again.

Very small rooms. No room for cases. Or to unpack About 20cms between the bed and the wardrobe....Stairs. no working lights in the stairwell so very hard at night. No tea coffee facilities. No kitchen

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful.

It was away from the busy city with beautiful grounds and gardens, yet not too far.

Breakfast was very ordinary. It would have been nice to have a toaster for the bread.

very limited effort and readiness to make you feel as a guest. we were very quickly prompted to book the dinner. however, we learned that there was a major party scheduled for the night. we would have been seated „somewhere“. the party went on until 1:30 am with guests talking directly in front of our window. do you book an agriturismo in the middle of nowhere to end up sleeping in an old fashioned room with the windows shut and party guests 5 meters away from your bed. it is quite telling that the owner did not even ask whether we enjoyed the stay. to be clear, we did not.

The grounds are lovely. The restaurant attached is very good. It was convenient to see Montecassino and the Commonwealth Cemetery.

Great location close to Cassino with wonderful view of the abbey and nearby mountains. Excellent hotel restaurant- great food, service and value.

beautiful room, covered parking for motorcycle, friendly staff, great restaurant next door. So good we stayed an extra day.

pity the expresso machine didn’t work.

The property is lovely. Setting is great. The garden is really special

No drink hot drink facility in room

Superb atmosphere in a wonderful area. The agriturismo is surrounded with a very well kept garden. Our room also had a small kitchenette. Being pet friendly, our Golden Retriever was happy to roam and play around in the huge garden surrounding the agriturismo.

Breakfast can be better. Limited selection.

The location is not prepared for cold weather, for instance no blankets for the bed, only sheets. It was very cold so we covered ourselves with our jackets and hoodies😫
