A bit far away from the centre

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the receptionist was very welcoming and gladly help with all our query ! She spoke a very outstanding English which was a bonus for me not speaking much Italian 😁 We travelled with our dogs an it was a pleasant stay for them too! 🐾 The room was beautifully and modern decorated. The viewings of the mountains behind the building was breathtaking! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Breakfast has limited choice considering it’s a 4 star hotel, but we wouldn’t complain as it was included!

The personnel was very nice

The AC in the hotel did not work - we were ok with that at first - but they did not check the breakfast, which was arranged for hours, when we came to have breakfast around 9 am the cheese, ham and eggs were "sweaty" and had a weird look. We had a strange feeling and stopped eating after a few bites, but it was already too late: the same night my girlfriend and I got serious FOOD POISONING, due to which we lost 2 days of our vacation. I tried to contact booking to complain and request a refund for the time in the hotel, but to no avail. I know they did not do anything intentionally, but it's just unacceptable to serve guests spoiled food.

Localisation if you want to visit Monte Casino. Our room was upgraded without extra pay as a gesture from hotel personnel as we were travelling in a group of 4. Free wife in the rooms.

Air condition in the room -not working properly. I don't know if it was the case only in my room or in all rooms. Night was terrible. Temperature outside was lower than inside. We booked spa centre for an extra fee of 30€ per person. It was a joke. First: Jacuzi barely working. Turkish sauna was terrifying. Paint was falling aparat form the ceiling. Finnish sauna was Ok. Colourfull lightening was pleasant. Pictures attached. To summarise - spa area would be a shame for free. When we made complaint in the morning, cost was reduced down to 20€per person. It was a nice gesture, but really - even for free we wouldn't be satisfied.
