The location is highly advantageous. It is situated in the heart of Khobar and provides easy access to a variety of nearby attractions and services.
The breakfast was quite disappointing, as the menu was very limited and lacked variety. Out of the few options available, I could only bring myself to eat two or three items. It would have been much better if they had offered a wider selection that could cater to different tastes and preferences. Guests often appreciate a more appetizing and diverse spread, so it was a letdown to see such a minimal offering. A few more appealing choices would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

The room is clean but not wide enough. The interior motif is colorful and goldy which i think good.
The TV is so old style. They could atleast upgrade to LED or smart TV. Also the wifi is not that fast, it also disconnects once in awhile.

اعجبني الموقع ووسع الجناح والاطلالة
لم اجد مناشف في الجناح وطلبت وجتني اثنين لاستخدام الوجه! وفي الصباح التالي طلبت المنشفة ولم تحضر حتى سجلت الخروج. والغرفة قديمة، ورق الجدران يظهر بانه قديم، الاضاءة لاتعمل كلها بسبب الافياش الجدارية. تحتاج الى صيانة، ولا يوجد منافذ كافية لشحن الاجهزة الشخصية.

Worse hotel ever I stayed in ksa . Nothing good or even satisfactory . While we entered in the room there was no towel in the bathroom even we asked staff told only few available at moment . When we called reception hardly they picked phone . We asked for iron it was very bad condition .

I booked anon smoking room but they gave me a smoking room 909 and I insisted but in vain. The room had no towels and I had to go down to reception and wait for half an hour to get a small face towel! Staff had no idea how to fix this situation!!! Room has no hot water and none of the phones worked!’ It is a completely miserable experience. It is not worth the money at all

The location is good but, the room size is good, and private parking and elevator access are good.
It took 40 minutes to check-in as there was only one person at reception and they went very slowly. Also, the room is not very clean and the fridge is just placed on the floor.

Facilities are so old, the TV is a small 32 inch taken from 2006. Everything looks old and outdated. Room service didn't even know the items included in their menu!!

Just the location.
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Poor housekeeping, poor cleaning, noisy AC, poor maintenance, terrible breakfast, breaking internet and the list goes on. It's amazing how this hotel has managed to not miss a single aspect without striking a poor rating!
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it was a complete disappointment from start to finish."

Location is perfect.
Wifi was terrible, cannot finish some important paperworks, i was called back to site to finish the reports.
Also, the place needs some serious rehab/reconstruction works.
