Asked for ground floor and they complied. Seems ground floor older or not as updated but for one night was fine. Very comfortable and shower itself was excellent.

Nothing. As mentioned the shower enclosure seemed dated and marked but apart from that it was as required

I was a couple of hours late in amending my second booking and they would not refund my fee, even though I changed to another Campanile. Very poor business practice with no flexibility. I paid twice for the same night. Is this profiteering or is it stealing money.

I ended up changing rooms because the cold water wasn’t working in the first room(toilet wouldn’t flush and only hot water came out of the sink). Both bathrooms had hair in the shower and on the toilet.

could hear people just talking and putting things down in the rooms next door, they were not loud or noisy just general talking so walls must be very thin, not good after a long drive and early start next morning. Restaurant fully booked, told to come back at 20:30 but people just stayed drinking at their table, had to walk thirty minutes to a fast food burger outlet.

Found the staff quite unfriendly and supercilious. The restaurant staff were very bustling and the food was awful. Usually we enjoy Campanile restaurants so very disappointed. We couldn't see alternatives around the hotel and so probably would not stay here again. Reception asked if we enjoyed the meal and when I said not no further comment was made! The room was smelly. Even leaving the door open for 30minutes didn't cure the problem.

Not all rooms are on the ground floor and there is no lift. Acces to the room is from outside like in American motel. There is not much light in the room. Poor wifi.
