one evening the restaurant facility was not available because of a coach party being given priority over other paying guests.

All was satisfactory.

Nothing was to dislike.

Good size room, pleasant staff spoke English, French and Spanish. Good onsite restaurant. Good location for the town and opposite a retail park with fuel McDonald's, American Diner, and a Noodle bar.

Situated on a very busy roundabout, so traffic noises could be a problem. There was a motorcycle show in Biarritz, so the roundabout was very busy with traffic from the show, probably not an issue normally.

Stayed at this hotel on two occasions on my journey from Spain to UK via France. Good service and friendly staff. Room very comfortable and large. Good breakfast. My evening meal was a little difficult in translation, my 1st course was in a jar, my 2nd in a basket, saved by the dessert, good old fruit salad with cream and ice cream

Overall there was nothing in particular that I disliked

Lovely staff. helpful and informative, Very clean rooms and I may say very hot water. No problem on Sat Nav finding the hotel. Return stay on my way back to Spain after holiday in UK

Nothing really, the visit went very well.

We were on the ground floor which was good ,parking excellent .Staff very friendly and helpful

No Campanile buffet !! Had been so looking forward to this. The food we received was a disappointment.Ham was tough and overcooked and the fish /veggie pasty was supposed to be served with potatoes and instead it was a salad ,mainly lettuce and I have an allergy to lettuce !

Convenient location close to motorway. Friendly staff. A simple and reasonable evening meal with local wines served.

Accommodation was below standard I'm afraid. Rooms very basic and looking the worse for wear. Very poor value for money. The carpets need to be cleaned/replaced. I appreciate it is budget accommodation but competitors are able to provide acceptable rooms. I am losing faith in the review system.

Didn’t have breakfast,very disappointed that they have taken the buffet off and have a set menu which didn’t suit us, which meant we had to go out to eat.

As above,wrote in wrong box. Also toilet seat in toilet is still loose so when you sit on it it moves.Didn’t report it though.

Convenient for Autoroute, stopover on way to Spain. Adequate facilities. Coffee shop/ restaurant on site and other restaurants nearby

It's a Campanile - A brilliant chain, for value for money one night stop overs. Easy parking, easy access to the rooms, good plain food and we had brilliant service from the Bayonne Campanile.

the property is in the right location for us, we travel from the Algarve to the Channel tunnel

it is in desperate need of a refurbish, the rooms appear grubby, many things in the rooms that I have stayed in this year, which is four, need maintenance, the toilet in the last room barely flushed and the bath/shower was not good. We wanted dinner in the restaurant, we were told we couldn’t do that as they had made a prior booking, the same group were there at breakfast time, the buffet breakfast which we paid 23,90€ for had been swept clean, no croissants and little else, and coffee from machines that tastes disgusting, nothing like coffee at all.
