Staff were rude, staff didn't know English. Not helpful. Paid for club room with sea view, haven't had much view and you could hear next door all night. Room wasn't same as the picture and couple of things broken like tap. Air conditioning system were going off after midnight. Wake up in sweat and I couldn't put it back on. Room didn't met my expectations. I book all inclusive but they were charges for water and coffee. Food wasn't good at all. In total It wasn't great experience, really disappointed. 😕

Everything was great!! sStaff, food, hotel, the spa facilities (hamam, massage, ...) and that is why I visited this hotel for the second time and I will definitely come back! Greetings from Indira.

The majority of the restaurants, bars and activities were not available. Meaning we had a considerably long, hilly walk back and forth from our villa to the amenities, this was additionally frustrating as there was a bar and restaurant near us, but it was not in use. The first few days were spent pointing out and waiting for the hotel to correct damage and faults within the villa, broken mirror, broken balcony bars, wrong size sheets, dirty sheets, stained sofa beds, over grown grass meaning we couldn't use the pathway. The list was long and we basically gave up on them fixing everything required and settled for the priority fixes, but it was almost as if they never expected guests, that or they most certainly did not do any quality checks before allocating us the villa. Strange considering they had taken our money but not thought further than that and seemed not to care to provide us a safe clean damage free villa which is what we had paid for but most certainly did not get. The food was extremely disappointing especially the Italian. Midnight snack/evening buffet offering is not covered which is alarming due to COVID but I doubt anyone eats from it anyway as it had a flies sitting on some of the food.

Well, we got one of the Villas, It is not a new property, but it is nice and clean. I really did not like the quality of foods, but you could find snacks at any time, anywhere. Generally, they need to practice in their English, I believe all employees need to speak English, at least those working at the front desk.

Employees did not speak English, just a few of them. Not high-quality food, but many choices. Not attractive nightlife entertainments.
