The hotel is located in the touristy area close to the cruise Pier and all the shops and restaurants in Kusadasi and it has a very nice terrace where you can sip tea while you look at all the tourists walking by It´s a very convenient location The room was clean and spacious Breakfast was OK

WiFi was bad, the connection wasn´t reliable and we noticed other guests complaining about it

L'hotel si trova all'inizio della zone pedonale in posizione centralissima. Questa è stata la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più. Le camere sono ampie, comode e pulitissime con un arredo moderno. Ottimo il bagno ampio. Il personale è cordiale e la colazione ordinaria.

L'hotel non indica in modo chiaro che non vi è l'ascensore in struttura, ciò può essere dirimente nella scelta in caso di soggetti con mobilità limitata. Nessuno vi aiuterà con i bagagli e, quindi, se avete molte valige potrebbe essere un problema. La connessione internet non funziona bene soprattutto dove eravamo noi, ovvero all'ultimo piano. La piscina c'è ma è piccola ed un pò isolata nella struttura.

The location is perfect. Staff were really nice and the rooms were really clean and bed was very comfortable. We had a fridge in our room which was so handy and the aircon worked great. Cleaning services were also very good. It was a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet each morning and the seating out the front of the hotel is so nice to eat and relax.

The pool is lovely but it is small and the surrounding of the pool is a bit unkept. Could do with some TLC but overall it's still a lovely little pool. Also there is no elevator, we were on the third floor so you do have to climb three floors of stairs but it didn't really negatively impact our stay, it's just good to know for booking incase you need a lower floored room.

It looked nice, the pool & outside we’re lovely if u only focus on the hotel and not on other peoples property (the nasty review I read wasn’t worth it) The room was amazing, spacious & clean. The airconditioning was amazing and the balcony did wonders too (only 1 room has a functional balcony) the staff was beyond friendly. I have never ever in my life respected a hotel & their staff like this. We will come back since we visit Kusadasi often. Going to another hotel is never an option as long as Eliada still continues to take amazing care of their guests!

If you’re a difficult sleeper the bar street in close proximity can be annoying, but this is every night different and mostly because it’s tourist season. If u wanna enjoy a property in the city tho, you have to accept that it’s busy and that the nightlife is located there that’s just logics and nothing negative in my opinion but more something to bare in mind

The bedroom and bathroom were great. Mini fridge, safety deposit box, kettle, and everything you could want. Clean and comfortable.

Buffet breakfast which no items were covered so food had flies on it. Pool had 8 sunbeds which were tightly placed together in the limited sunshine. Not so good if you wanted to lie by the pool for the day. Lovely rooftop terrace but has no shade at all so unable to use until nighttime.

Nothing not to like however some recommendations… Small choice for breakfast, some pastries and pancakes would have been nice. No shallow end in pool, may not be suitable for young children who are not strong swimmers. Can be a little noisy at night for light sleepers however didn’t keep us awake and the location was worth it. Some minor aesthetic repairs needed in the room where previous guests have caused damage, ie there was a hole in the bathroom door.

Everything was good, the room was clean and new, nice bathroom, nice bed, air conditioner and the location was amazing, right in the center but no loud sounds coming from outside. Nothing to complain, quality price was a good stay !

Very noisy ! Right beside a nightclub , I found it very difficult to sleep . Music doesn’t stop until around 4am ! I would not go back . Also doesn’t really look like the photos

Great Breakfast, great location, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice a big and we also had a lovely balcony which was a nice place to chill in the evening. The pool was an added bonus.

Big clean room, nice design, clean bathroom, coffee, tea and water in the room, desk, wi-fi. Nice and helpful reception staff. Nice terrace for breakfast. Ok for short stay.

Unsafe parking on the street, no balcony, loud and unsafe area behind hotel, unavailable pool area. I believe pictures do not reflect current reality anymore.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city centre everything is within walking distance, the staff were very friendly the rooms were cleaned everyday, we stayed here in April for one week a family group of 12 and we would all stay at this hotel again, very enjoyable stay, thanks!

Great location, in the middle of downtown Kousadasi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was Ok and there were noises outside, but it was New Year's eve, so probably there were noises everywhere :) !

The only reason I gave it 9 rather than 10 is that the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke which we didn't like.

Thanks to the hotel allowing us to check out a bit late. The hotel location is superb, just right on the walking (shopping) street. The breakfast was really good and very important to mention the room size (it was really big). We have enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended.
