No fridge in the room

The reception guy is amazing, very fun and creates a very nice vibe. The building, despite being old and with some imperfections, is very well maintained, and we especially liked the clear effort from the staff to keep the building nice and comfortable despite those imperfections.

Beds are okay, could be improved but fit price. The shared bathrooms could be cleaned better, though they're usable. About 30min subway from the center, but with the little the transport costs, definitely worth it.

The staff was communicative and helpf

The object remembers times of communism and it requires general renovationts.

The furniture is old but it's not an issue . The problem was when you sleep you wake with that old bad smell in your body and your clothes . W.c should be changed soon it's old and water for shower is horrible getting hot water after 15 waiting and the system of the water is closing by itself every 1min then you need to push. So if you forget you end up pushing again and wait for hot water.

This place is a little unusual but great value and not far from things of interest.

A hook for the shower would be welcome.

Room

The location was far from the city. And it would be better to provide all rooms with iron. And in my opinion, the price was too much for that place. And at night, because the main door was closed, I always needed to round the building to access the 2nd door. There was no easy way to reach door directly

It was my mistake to book for 4 nights and I wanted to leave right after check in.

Unbelievable rude staff. I don't understand how the lady at reception got that job. Zero customer service skills. WiFi doesn't reach all the rooms. If you're unlucky and get a room on the far end, forget about your WiFi. When I went to reception to let them know, the Czech lady said to me "that's not my problem". The lady started yelling and swearing at me in Czech thinking I don't understand the language. After that shocking episode, I was afraid to leave my room thinking the lady would steal my luggage in retaliation. Definitely not a place for travellers, they're all long term guests (homeless and dodgy thugs looking people) roaming around the place. Shower water temperature suddenly changes from either scalding hot to freezing cold.

The location is very good, not far to centre of the city. The motel is a few minutes walk from the metro station. The staff is friendly, helped me with a check after 19:00 - thank you so much for that! It is very cool that the shower in the room. Perfect stay for this price. I would love to come again. Maybe a strip of mirror attached to the closet door, so you can see yourself in full growth or at least the upper body.

Extremely cheap. Comfortable double bed in your own room for the price of a bunk in a hostel. Spotless shared bathrooms. Decent pub next door with good food and beer. 15 minutes to the centre.

Thought there was breakfast as it was advertised on the booking site. But this was not the case.

Mohammed, the receptionist, is very friendly and helpful. He tried to solve all problems as soon as he can.

Location is very far away from city center, but it is okay. You can go there by metro in 15-20 mins, but after midnight there is no metro till 5am.

Mohammed was always very nice. Kettle in the room, Wi-Fi works good, big bed and clean sheets and pillow. The cheap IKEA lamps create nice relaxing lighting.

No heating in the building, only an electric heater that to be fair does a pretty good job. Hot water in the showers comes and goes and there’s a 5 second cutout to the flow, so showering isn’t ideal. Carpet floor in the room very stained, not sure if clean.
