Gracious host, helpful for arranging tours. Location was better than we thought it would be.
A little far from restaurants open at night, but easy walking to bus and waterfront.

Ottima esperienza, l' hotel è minimale ma ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Stanza silenziosa, molto pulita e letto comodo.

Ottima posizione per impegni in Università o visite in centro città. Consigliato a chi si reca in macchina perchè ha un proprio parcheggio adiacente la struttura. Camera pulita, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Breakfast was excellent with good spread - one of highlights of our stay. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, which is much welcome for the hot summer days.
We had arrived at the hotel before 6pm and expected check-in by staff as stated in the website. Instead we had to do it ourselves with key and code provided outside hotel door. A bit confused with the process initially but we understood soon enough.

The room was spacious, clean and shower was excellent. Great breakfast. Nice & helpful staff.
A bit far from train station, need to walk 10 mins to furnicular (only found by chance when walking around) which goes direct to station. Or can take bus (didn't try). Can hear tv noise from next door. But was tired so didn't bother me much and slept well.

I could hear everything from the rooms next to mine, the breakfast was SO bad! It was disgusting because the cheese and ham had grease under them as if they had been stored for days! The milk had gone bad so I couldn’t drink milk, it was a terrible experience.

The location is perfect- 500 m to Lugano lake, park and beach. 300 m to big Migros with take away option. One bus stop till Centre Lugano with all the shops and restaurants. 25 Min by foot to Lugano Train Station. The room had two separate beds and most important really good Air Conditioning System. Everything clean and very quiet. The staff was really friendly and even spoke German ☺️ It was a pleasure to stay there!

We got several rooms as we were family with friends. This place has a great location in the center of Lugano with parking available. Breakfast was great as well. We will definitively be back

my room was pretty big and clean.
bed was comfortable.
There’s no concierge on Saturday after 2pm which I didn’t know until I arrived,
it wasn’t easy to open the door and they closed main reception area.
basically I only use the room and breakfast wasn’t good. also they give you wifi password for only 1 items which is very inconvenient.
