Dass dieses Etablisement meilenweit hinterher hinkt.
Der Anschein von Sicherheit, Bequemlichkeit und gehobenem Ambiente kann komplett gestrichen werden. Mitten in der Nacht von laut feiernden Betrunkenen geweckt zu werden, über die man sich nach Stundenlanger Belästigung nicht Beschweren konnte, da von Personal kein Mensch im Haus zu erreichen war. Mehrmals Belästigung sogar an unserem eigenen Apartment. NIE WIEDER!

Great property close to downtown Windhoek! The property is gated and close to the city center. The staff was very welcoming and the apartments were very spacious and clean!

The property is excelente and suites the purpose although , just an improvement comment on the Beds and Pillows. Not everyone likes high pillows it should have both options. Also the beds, if you know that it is a couple, it should be the appropriate one for. Apart from that was really nice.

Unit B7 had a stinking drain which we did report but no one came to sort it out. Also the stairs were quite tiring for an elderly person.

Beautiful and comfortable apartments! I stayed in the studio apartment and my colleagues shared the two bed apartments. Both apartments were beautiful, comfortable and well equiped. It has mostly everything that one needs to cook, and we were able to cook and have dinner every night in one of the apartments. The layout of the apartments is pretty simple but good, nice big windows which allowed lots of natural light inside the apartment. The studio apartments have a balcony with picnic chairs, which face the parking lot (a nice one, by the way). On the other side (the entrance door), you have a simple and small nice pool. The apartments are very secure, with 24h video vigilance and an electronic gate (for which they give you a remote with the apartment keys). In terms of location, is not central, but still not very far from city center (I think around 30 minutes walking). All in all, we loved the place and had a great stay!
The booking did mention washing machines in the apartments, but none of them had it. Average breakfast, although suitable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Although I loved the bathtub, not having a proper shower/hanging shower head/curtain in the studio apartment's bathroom can be a problem, as it forces one to mostly always have a soaking bath, otherwise the water will be spilled all over the floor.
