Beautiful rooms
Concerned and very helpful staff
The beautiful rooms are missing the soft touches
Eg. I had to go hunting for the bottled water in a small out of the way refrigerator despite widespread glasses in appropriate places.
Loft apartments are gorgeous but getting a suitcase up and down the spiral stairs to the sleeping area isn’t easy. I had to go back down to the little refrigerator to get bottled water.
So gorgeous but needs a little more thought by whomever is in charge of the rooms.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming.
The room was amazing (loft suite). Very comfortable. Stunning furniture and decoration.
Breakfast was amazing! Best omelette ever!
I am just knocking one star off as the kitchen lacked any sort of basic utensils to clean surfaces, wash up items or cook anything. Also just one small bottle of water in the fridge. Apart from that it was excellent.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room is very clean and the facilities are excellent. The power points and adaptors works. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly.
The breakfast was something that we looked forward to. It's excellent. Words can't describe the experience.

Great location in a quiet part of Windhoek, easy to get to the main road to the airport. The welcome from the Front Desk staff was fantastic. We stayed in a Loft Apartment which was brilliant - roomy, comfortable and with fast wifi
There was a pool but it was franchised to a Day Spa company so you had to pay!

breakfasts were excellent, wifi was fast, house cleaning staff were pleasant.
mix up on accommodation on arrival which was eventually sorted out after our complaints. The wrong room was given to us and as being elderly we could not climb the spiral stairs up to the loft bedroom. The room we had paid for 8 months earlier was a double room overlooking the courtyard with no stairs. Reception staff should allocate the room booked, they could see we would never have managed to climb spiral staircases. What a waste of time !!! It annoyed us after a 5 hour drive to have to trek backwards and forwards to different rooms. So we probably would not stay here again. Sorry you have lost a guest.

Location was good. Hotel very neat and comfortable.
Although one or 2 staff members made effort to maintain a good & friendly service standard, staff over-all lacked a positive motivated attitude and this directly affected service standard and enviroment. Some staff were cheaky and arrogant.

Well designed hotel, each room has a private balcony that allows lots of fresh air into the room. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the bathroom is also well designed, clean and fresh towels with an excellent shower.
We had a great breakfast at the hotel and there is a wide selection on offer to meet all tastes.
The gym was handy and the only thing to be added here is a window/s that open to allow in fresh air.
