The hotel is perfect, on a hill, kind off outside of Windhoek, but still inside. I travel in and out of the city every day. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will go back. My room (26) had a private Entrance with a view on the mountains. Safe parking and excellent breakfast

Breakfast is very good, a nice mix of ready to load up and prepared by cook, nothing overly fancy, a nice selection of fruit. View from the breakfast room is great

The wifi is pretty poor, the check-in is a bit slow and overly explanatory - some people perhaps need all the logistical explanations but I tend to just want my room after 8 hrs of driving (and having been at THule before I don't need long explanations of where and when breakfast is)

Its a great hotel with great amenities and fantastic staff. Well placed in Sandton to get anywhere and generally quite quiet.

Room, even though I was upgraded was smaller than the room I had on a previou visit which has the balcony. With load shedding turning off the aircon the room was also STIFELINGLY hot.

All the staff was very friendly and helping directly. Always to find a solution was the priority and was found. We enjoyed the "familiar and uncomplicated" communication.

The view is superb! The trees and birds weaving their nests. Our 3yrs old was especially fascinated by the Millipedes which she saw for the first time. The manager was very helpful and offered us an afternoon stay to wait for our flight at the facility at no cost after the hiccups during dinner. Very friendly staffs! Very spacious full of light clean bathroom.

The room carpet can do with some cleaning and so the fridge. When we arrived our room had twin beds although we booked a room with a double bed. We called reception to send someone to help turn the twin into double. We were told housekeeping will be there in 5 minutes. so we waited in vain instead of going for dinner. At dinner we were told many dishes were not available even on the festive season menu card provided. As we were walking out to go searching for another restaurant, we ran into the manager who said they indeed serve meat that night. Our daughter (3yrs old) order did not come. I had to offer her my side salad which was having feta cheese although we exclusively requested none. when the spaghetti finally came it was tasting weird as if it was from yesterday without being refrigerated. Paprika and cucumbers were offered later and our daughter could eat her dinner. Our appetite and mood were naturally already spoiled.
