Zoki was so friendly. He served us rakiya and chatted with the beautiful surroundings. Easily a 10/10 stay.

Owner was such a sweet heart and greeted me with such hospitality. He was flexible with me, kind and spoke English. I shared a drink with him and cannot say enough great things about his apartment. Very comfortable accommodations, clean, safe neighborhood, excellent view of the bay, hot shower, fast wifi, kitchen, the works! Would highly recommend and stay again in a heartbeat. About a 15 minutes walk to old town. Near grocery stores.

The host Zoki is a person who is a true legend. Both helpful and always here to help with any questions. The appartment is new, clean and ultra modern. It has AC with great heating, a fantastic view of the bay, and good amenities.

Nothing was bad, just be aware when looking for location, and take address from booking app, as the Google Maps "Krivokapić Appartment" will take you on a different side of town on a very very steep hill. Luckily The Host was very helpful with explanation and we arrive at the apparments very easily after the first mistake.

Everything was prefect! The apartment is great, very clean and comfortable. The host very welcoming. And the view is astonishing!

Just count walking 25mn to get to the centre. On the other hand the taxi is 3€...

Unlike many properties we found it just as pictured and described, views were great, Zoran was great just a wonderful stay.

The view from the apartment is really amazing! I loved the location, yes it is a bit from the old town but totally walkable for us. You can take shortcut stairs to go down very fast. Owner was helpful, everything was clean, wifi worked great. A lot of parking available downstairs from the apartment. Supermarket in walking distance.

Thin walls we could hear neighbors and children crying next door. Fortunately, they were calm at night.

The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. It is located just a short walk from Kotor Old Town and a supermarket. The hosts were the most friendly we encountered on our travels! They gave us our privacy but were always available to help - including helping us to book a train and taxis. The wifi was also very reliable.

This place was really nice, good location, quiet (what is really important in Kotor) the house was a little up from the city so you might want a car. The location is really nice, so, the view was fantastic from the balcony and from the big veranda too. We had our small, but useful kitchen with everything what we needed: for tea, for food and so on. The host was really nice, friendly and tried to help us a lot. We spent there 4 nice days; highly recommended.

Very spacious apartment and very well equipped. Met by very friendly host who provided a welcome drink. Nice view of Kotor and the port. Slightly outside the town which suited us, but only a fairly short walk to the centre. Good off road parking area close to apartment.

The only thing I could suggest to improve would be signage as we had a little trouble finding the property.

Very friendly and helpful owners. I felt them like my relatives. The apartment was huge, clean and well equipped. More than enough room for two pax. From the balcony you can see all the port and the old town of Kotor, amazing view especially for Romantic people.

There was a small problem with the communication due to the reasons that the owners are speaking only serbocroatians and nothing else. But we succeed to manage it using other simple ways. There is no privet parking place and you have to leave your car in a public area. And then to carry your bags climbing a distance over 100 meters on stairway to the apartment
