Central location. Interesting reception desk built from old suitcases.

Room is really tiny. Fortunately we stayed for one night and didn't have much baggage. A lot of moist in the room, coming from the adjusent bathroom. Sliding bathroom doors and couldn't be closed all the way.

It's in a great location

Even though the hotel lies in a dark street, still has a central location.

The mezzanine ceiling is very low and the bathroom is quite small, especially the shower. However, the worst thing about the room was the mattress we slept on. Mattress springs appear to be loose. I don't remember a bed so uncomfortable in the last 10 years. There is certainly something wrong about the way these springs are layered, arranged or connected within the bed.

Super easy check in, the reception was there all the time and was very polite, even got me a 3 hour early check in. There's also a comfortable lobby and outside sitting where one can spend time. The location is superb, just a few minutes on foot from everything important in Odessa. In the room itself the bed was very big and a lot of stuff was provided, including a hairdryer and much more.

The room was very dark as the window didn't lead anywhere. A downside was also the internet - the WiFi in the room was quite weak and only edge/2G was available as the mobile internet through the whole building. Also there's quite a lot of noise coming from the main hallway, given by the fact that the bed is just next to the room's door.

Day shift receptionist girl was very rude. That was very disturbing. Also that hotel was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in Ukraine. And their beds are comfortless.

Small bathroom

1) No kettle or kitchenette as it was written on the description 2) The floor is dirty - I walked for 10 minutes and my feet were already black. 3)Very inconvenient stairs (they have sharp corners, thin and you can only hold on from one side while they are quite steep. 4) It’s hard to breathe upstairs and always hot because the bed is 1 meter distance from the ceiling. 5) We also couldn’t sleep because the metal springs were plainly pushing in between the ribs so we had to cover the mattress by 2 additional blankets and slept with nothing as the staff couldn’t help with anything. 6) No coffee or tea 7) The cleaning is early morning but they don’t actually clean anything (just throwing away the rubbish and changing the bed if you’re lucky)

The location is central. The reception girl was friendly and gave us an extra blanket when we asked.

The was a smell of dampness in the room, the bed sheets had a blood stain and har on it, but we were so tired after driving all night we didn't care much. We only needed a night sleep.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They speak English. Rooms were very clean and taken a good care of. Beds were very comfy.

We didn’t like the room we booked initially, we had a room without a window but the stuff helped us the next day and we could change it

Renovated Hotel in the center of the city. Quiet and comfortable position. Friendly staff, english speaking and available for informations. Clean room, provided of hairdryer. Check-in in the morning. Reception H24. Good price.

The staff was the best I ever met. Helped a lot, showed the other rooms, both of the host ladies are pleasant and welcoming. Please keep this going on!!!
