Great location to so many great destinations. A nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. Will definitely stay here again.

Cottonwood is a great location, close to Jerome, Sedona, and Prescott. We visited each of those towns, including Cottonwood/Old Cottonwoods. Great scenery in all! Pam and Paul were so attentive and full of suggestions about the area. There was a small issue with the plumbing, and they were quick to get it resolved with no inconvenience at all. They are quick to respond to their guests and so pleasant and interesting to visit with. They made our stay pleasant and made us feel like good friends. I absolutely recommend a stay with Pam and Paul if you’re looking at a stay in Cottonwood. You will be happy that you did. Thank you, Pam & Paul!

Loved the small pot belly stove with provided logs for the chilly evenings. Very clean place with good kitchen appliances and smart tv.

Perfect location for exploring Sedona, Cottonwood, Old Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott etc. Only 1.5 hrs from Phoenix! Property was as described and very clean and easy to access. Bathroom is a little small, and bedroom is extremely dark in the evening as the fan light was not very bright. Overall the stay was very comfortable and we would consider staying again. Loved the Old Cottonwood area.

Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to see while being more peaceful than Sedona. The views, privacy and space were all great. I forgot to ask Pam the brand of bed but it was incredibly comfortable. And Pam was very nice - she left us a bottle of bubbly for our celebration :-)

Fabulous hosts! This property is tended to with great care and consideration for the needs of the guests. It was close to everything I wanted to explore. So grateful!

We can’t say enough good things about this little hideaway! It had everything we needed, including a beautiful private patio overlooking the Verde valley. It was so charming and immaculate- we’ll be back!

Second time to stay here. Pam and Paul are wonderful! They make it east to have a great stay. Everything needed to cook our meals, beautiful views, comfy bed. Close to a charming little lake. Love it!

This place was so cute and secluded. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable (even though we prefer a king bed). Make sure you bring shampoo and soap, i must not have read in the description that this was not provided. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cottonwood.

My stay was exactly what I was hoping it to be! I traveled to meet a friend who had other obligations while in the area. I knew I would have some down time and chose this particular place because of the private patio area. I arrived after dark a couple of nights and appreciated that the path to the apartment was well lit. Most importantly for me being that I was staying alone, I felt safe. This was the perfect home away from home! Clean, cozy, cute, and comfortable!

This place was an amazing vacation spot! 7 minutes outside of Old Cottonwood with a wonderful night view!! I loved sitting outside at night on the porch and looking at the stars! So peaceful. Pam is an excellent host and makes you feel super welcome and I will DEFINITELY be back soon and have told many friends it's the place to stay!!

We loved staying here ! Perfect “home base” for visiting many areas. Loved the private patio. Clean and fully equipped for a great stay ! And suggestions from host led us to new restaurants we might not have tried. Thx !

Pam & Paul host a lovely secluded apartment. We enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood and especially the quiet, private accommodations. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the private patio overlooking the green valley along the Verde river. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to come back and stay another weekend in the future.

This is a freaky cute basement apartment perfect for two people. Very clean and well stocked and the patio is amazing with great views we spent our morning shaving coffee outside while it was cool. We would highly recommend this place and we will be back !

Great place for 2 to enjoy the nearby sites and come back to a very relaxing time on the patio. Apartment is on ground floor of owner but feels like you are all alone. Owner is super! Very quiet neighborhood and easy to access sites only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Pam’s property was a great find for me & my husband, looking for a 1 BR, comfy space with cooking facilities for our 3-day stay In Cottonwood area. You are 20 min from fabulous hiking in Sedona—and you don’t have to constantly battle that traffic (except to get in/out of there) Pam was welcoming, accommodating and easy to communicate with. She easily accommodated our son (late addition) for a night, providing a comfortable air mattress. The space is clean & quiet, the attached lower level of the home, with private entrance in a nice residential neighborhood.

The apartment was close to everything. We also loved Cottonwood - we actually said if we came another winter in the future, we would probably make our stay in this sweet town.

Everything it said it was. We were busy during day, and a comfortable and quiet place to come back to for the night. Cottonwood is so much more low key than Sedona, a great place and central to everything we wanted to see and do.

Our stay here was a wonderful experience. Pam and Paul were very good at making sure we had all we need. We weren't here for pleasure but for business and legal reasons. The apartment fit our needs perfectly, we were able to take care of what needed to be done and everything was close and easy to reach. Very comfortable apartment even with the lousy weather Cottonwood had. Absolutely beautiful view and the sunsets were gorgeous. What could have been a very stressful trip was made much easier staying here.

We really liked this vacation rental. Just the right size for two, and since we know the area and like to visit, this will be our first place to look for availability! Had everything we needed, great bed, kitchen, easy access, nice patio with view.....we're jealous it's not ours! Thank you very much!

It was a cute space with a nice patio overlooking the valley of Cottonwood. It was pretty cold when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the patio but in the summer it would be great! Kitchen was stoked with enough stuff to make meals and they had even bought an ice bag for us and left pint glasses chilled in the freezer for us! It was the perfect size for my husband and I, may be a tight fit for more.

My sister and I decided to visit Arizona for a sisters week. Pam’s property was just right for our get away. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and had all the comforts for the variety of weather we encountered. Pam met us on our first day and showed us around our space. We got information on the use of the heating and cooling system, local eating places that were good, maps for local trails and the closest grocery store. Thank you so very much for the use of your cooler for our Baldwin trail trek! Your place is A+++.

Everything we needed for our stay! Great full kitchen with professional style gas stove and full fridge. We cooked a lot so worked out great. The back porch had a little sitting area where we had dinner and had beautiful views. Located near a lovely little lake in a quiet neighborhood. One of the cleanest Vrbo places we’ve ever stayed in. Spotless and very spacious as well!

Pam’s property was a lovely and relaxing haven. The casita was very clean and well appointed. We especially appreciated the dark curtains which allowed us to sleep in. There’s a wonderful porch to relax on and a well stocked kitchen. Nicely located and close to local points of interest by car.

Cute cozy Vrbo for a weekend getaway to Cottonwood to enjoy hiking ,paddle boarding, swimming ,tubing down the Verde River, wine tasting ,visiting breweries and restaurants. It was close to everything . Cute back porch to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine or cocktail. Pam was very sweet and promptly communicated with me !
