The location was great.

The property was not clean. It looked like someone had just left that day before our arrival and didnt clean before leaving. A deep clean needs to be done before other people stay. There was no second bathroom like advertised, ( this property was chosen for this reason ).

Gas fire place was excellent! flooring was nice and deck space was excellent. kitchen was cosy. Nice and quiet location - close to Leura.

Lacking in kitchen amenities- no cooking oil. A few extra forks and knives would be helpful. Bathroom tap was leaking. Toilet seemed to be running - took a long time to refill. Laundry washing supplies- two empty containers of washing powder left empty.

Lovely house , fantastic large decking area . Quiet location and easy walk into town

One of the main reasons for booking the accommodation was that on your website it said there was a BBQ . However this was not the case . I think it’s very important that your website should be up to date so as not to have disappointed customers.

the beds are too soft, the bathroom is separated from toilet, no bathroom soap, the laundry detergent bottle was empty. there were cracking sound at night. no facial tissues provided.

Online photos true to actual property, (except BBQ not functional). Clean and cosy with easy access. Gas heater nice and warm. Spacious living and dining space with great outside area. Close drive to Leura shops.

The lounge was not comfortable for older people - too low and difficult to get off. sickly plug ins but probably there to cover dog smell.

Great location, clean and well equipped. Loved the covered deck. Very private. Walking distance to Leura Mall shops and local Leura walks.

The bedroom was very hot and there was no air conditioning or ceiling fan (small pedestal fan). You couldn't leave the window open due to noise from the highway (trucks etc).
