The location, the nearby amenities and the price.
The room with windows facing the main road and airport runway is a bit noisy. The water pressure in the shower is unsatisfying low.

The staying was quite comfortable and pleasant for me🫶🏻
I didn’t expect to wait too long cause the cleaner and reception charge my half deposit only for the 2 spot bleeding menses I have on the comforter. What I couldn’t imagine~ is that possible for me to bring out the comforter for laundry while staying? Of course that was against the rule. And then could it be the charges because after cleaning they will not change the comforter for another people to stay?? That was no clear. That normal for women having menses and leaking, and your responsible to clean it up, for changing and the new one. Why only charges me for that comforter?? Not the towel or pillowcase or what that I use to during my stay ? That was unreasonable !

Plenty of cafes and mini-markets around the complex. Easy to get to town or airport using Grab. Aircon worked fine. Very quiet corridor with only five rooms per floor
Fire alarm at 1.00am. No instructions in room where to go. One fire exit locked!! I later found that there were evacuation instructions near the lift, but no one uses a lift during emergency. I went all around the outside of the building. A few other people had evacuated but did not know where to meet. No staff to organise, NO emergency vehicles.

1. 직원에게 친절함을 기대하지 말아야 합니다. 응대를 요청하면 아무런 대응 없이 대놓고 말레이시아어로 욕하며 지들끼리 키득거립니다. 상당히 불쾌한 경험을 많이 하게 될 겁니다.
2. 보증금(Deposit)을 100링깃 지불하는데 전액 다시 받을 생각은 하지 않는 게 좋습니다. 침대에 없던 흠까지 임의로 만들고 사진을 찍은 뒤 돈을 요구합니다.
- 과일을 바닥에서 먹은 뒤 모두 정리하고 나왔는데, 그 과일의 과즙을 침대에 올려놓고 사진을 찍은 뒤 세탁비 30링깃을 요구합니다.
- 비행기 시간이 1시간 30분 남은 상태이고 대화도 통하지 않아서 저는 30링깃 주고 나왔습니다. 문 닫고 나오자마자 여직원 4명이 깔깔거리고 웃고 난리가 나더군요. 호구 하나 잡았나 봅니다.
- 밤 9시에 여직원 4명이 카운터에서 말레이시아어로 대화하는 걸 번역기를 돌려서 지들끼리 대화하는 걸 확인했습니다.
여러모로 상당히 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 절대 가지마세요.

Rooms were super comfy & clean, perfect location to the airport which was only about a 5 minute drive away
Deposit of 100RM seems a bit much to me & also the reception staff weren’t very proactive or fast when we arrived to check out in the morning, took them about 15 minutes before we got our deposit back & could leave for the airport

Booked a room at 5th level. Cosy Room overlooking Tg Aru. Comfy bed, clean sheets, and yeah they hv Netflix..👍🤗..
The staff receptionist was pleasant and helpful as well.Free Parking available. Hope to return here soon on my next trip. Thumbs up👍👍👍👍😊😊
