Gute Betten, sehr sauber
Kein Personal vor Ort, kein einchecken notwendig, aber Zusendung per Mail /App von Tür-Codes (1x für die Haustür, 1x für die Zummertür)… dumm nur, wenn man Probleme mit dem Handy hat.
Man kann die Hotline anrufen, um Hilfe zu bekommen, wann wird aber nur durchgestellt, wenn man die buchungsnummer und oí. Weiß (wieder per Mail/App bekommen). Die ist aber so lang, dass man dich die nicht merken kann…. Hilfreich wäre nicht nur das aushängen der Hotline Telefonnummer im Hauseingang…. Bitte auch Stift und Papier wären hilfreich.
Klasse wäre auch, wenn. Man in der Hotline die Möglichkeit hätte ohne buchungsnummer an eine Person ranzukommen!

Nothing went well. When we were finally able to enter room it was clean, comfortable & quiet.
No one was on site to let us in. We had to phone to obtain key entry codes to enter building & our room. Phone host wasn't very helpful. Door latch mechanism to our unit was broken so we couldn't enter. After waiting more than an hour someone showed up to let us enter the room. During our 2 night stay, door latch remained broken & had difficulty reentering the room. It seems to be a remote control hotel with no one on site to assist guests when a problem arises.

Everything was really comfortable and nice! The lady at the reception was very friendly, nice and helpful! The whole space was really cozy and warm!

The locate was nice, clean and quiet.

check in without reception was very stressful, sent check in instructions in German with pin code that did not work. Lucky there were other people to help us, call and finally get into our room.

the staff was friendly and helpful
no refrigerator in the room and the curtain didn’t cover window completely for privacy. also no WiFi on the bottom floor. stayed 3 days and house keeping didn’t change my sheets or fresh towels

Unfortunately not so much good to say about it.
Not really a tourist hotel…the other guests were mir workers and handymen on jobs in the area. We We got a basement room with a loud ventilator down the hall. No effort to make it „cosy“ at all. Only one small towel per person.

The first floor smelled of herring.

Took 20 mins to access the hotel. no staff on site. No code sent from booking.com when we did get in itbwax hard to access the room as the door handle kept coming off. shower head was loose which meant it was hard to shower.

The hotel is extremely noisy. Huge disappointment, with youngsters partying all night. A terrible experience.
At least a guard to ensure guests actually get sufficient sleep.

Room is good excellent staffs
at the time of checkin i had to wait for 2 hrs to get the code, they sent the code to the person who booked the hotel for me but i could not reach her. my suggestion is they should have provided the code to the hotel staff as well

Absolutely no value for money. For such a rate would expect much better facilities,breakfast and location. Poor water pressure in the bathroom,room wide enough though.

The room looked recently renovated.
The receptionist, Angelika, daughter of the owners, seems to feel hatred for the work she does. She is very rude. I travel a lot, the experience was horrible. Avoid this hotel.

Good rooms, clean.
Check in is bad, on telephone they answered after 30 minutes. They did not send check in details upon booking was done, so I had yo call them when I was in front of the hotel.
