Excellent location for access to centre of Durban for my business needs. Lana is a good hostess and really makes you feel comfortable. Secure off road par puts your mind at ease. I had stayed here before and will do so again. Q

I liked how peaceful the area is and we had a beautiful room with an outdoor shower (kinder romantic) The host was gracious and interacted with us when needed.

The room was cute and clean , outdoor shower was also nice, it just sucks when you want to take a shower when it’s chilly out…Lana is sweet and welcoming.

The pool needs to be better taken care of. It was dirty, Lana would try clean it herself but I think she needs help with it. As a result we couldn’t even take a swim…

Parking. It's not nice having to wake up at 6:30 to move your car. Or not being able to go out as you'd like because somebody's car has blocked you in. Some of the paintings are a bit creepy

There was no microwave in our room, the bedding and towels had a smell and the owner was very defensive when I talked to her about them. The courtesy tea ingredients were very limited and we had to ask time and again.

I loved the outdoors seating area with a beautiful view of trees and sky at night. very tranquil. The whole house is decorated in a tasteful artistic style including the en suite bedroom I had. The room was serviced every day. The host was very accommodating and took time to sit and chat which I enjoyed. The property is very secure and close to a shopping centre with takeaway food outlets.

One suggestion is to leave some crockery and cutlery by the guest microwave, so that one doesn’t have to disturb the host each time you need a plate for your meal. Booking.com should make it clear that breakfast is an extra cost.

The room was clean, cosy and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The location was excellent as it was around the corner from the hospital where a family member was being treated. Our host, Lana, was awesome 👌
