i have terrible enter to the property of which cannot connect to the main entrance and need to carry the heavy 2 big luggage in and out the property thru the corridor also the property has small dinner table that we have to sit on the floor and too small than we thought. Check in later than 18:00 with out reception is not recommended i have terrible experience with dark desk in reception area at night:( try to find the safe to get the key:((

Nothing the hotel did not answer emails for over a week i only got in because friends were staying there. the loft is dangerous and too step i did not stay there and hotels aid they would not refund me any money. there is a construction site as you go into building and access is up 3 flights of stirs

Just short walk from metro Jean Juares in central Toulouse. Bus /train station close by. We were skeptical as a result of some previous less favourable booking.com reviews but we thought we would give it a go as it was such good value & thankfully our experience was fantastic in every way. Margo the hostess at the desk was so interested in our plans and gave us great suggestions as to places to eat and visit. The Haut Lofts are located in a building that houses commercial businesses in ground floor & offices and residential throughout. once you enter premises at security office take stairs immediately opposite up to second floor and go out onto rooftop area where the entrance to the Haut Lofts is located. The lift at the reception takes you to either 18th or 19th floor with fab city views. Yes, area to get to Haut Lofts isn’t glitzy but the apartment was superb. Had all mod cons required. There is a deposit of 250€ as security .. but is to ensure visitors don’t treat an apartment as party central with no respect for property. Key fob works to enter building from exterior, to enter reception & key for apartment. All in all we were delighted with the service in every way & the value!!

Room was so hot. Yes, it was a very hot day, but we counted on there being AC working, and it wasn't enough at all for the room. The baby woke up sweating and screaming several times. There were two small fans but they didn't do much, and upstairs was probably 85-90F - very difficult to sleep for upstairs occupants. No remote for the AC, so we weren't sure what it was doing. Something wrong with the electrical and the blinds randomly cycled through at midnight Location is very tricky for getting luggage in and out and a pram in and out. You have to go up one floor to get to reception, and the elevator to that floor smells and looks like a super shady doctor's office hallway. Not luxury for sure. Building feels like it's been in construction/reno for some time (see the photo with exposed paneling). Bathroom has a sliding door with a window that doesn't disguise the occupant enough

Entrance to building was very poor and verging on unsafe with no lighting and dangerous walkways. single AC unit could not cope with heating load and flat was too hot in high temperatures during our stay. Considerable wear and tear with certain facilities not working ...motorised window blinds, cooker extract etc lack of essentials provided ...dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc

horribly hot, and sketchy and tricky to navigate to the reception. Impossible to sleep, the baby was sweating and crying, upstairs was awful. the single small wall AC was on but kind of changing modes, but we didn’t have a remote. something was wrong with the circuit and the blinds went up and down at midnight on their own. getting to the reception is sketchy - going up through construction and then onto a floor that feels like the shadiest doctor office hallway ever.

Excellent location if you are using public transportation (just minutes from the train and bus stations, and not far from many of the main sites). It was great having a kitchenette; we shopped for baguettes, butter and jam and avoided the cost of breakfast and snacks.

The building the lofts are in is older and a bit sad-looking. But the loft we stayed in was fine, newly renovated and well-equipped. We did report two kitchen lights that needed new bulbs, but they were not replaced in the three days we stayed there. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have them fixed.

Very good location, nice room, easy access also in late evening, easy to park.

Unfortunately the conditioner was extremly noisy and as it was + 40- no way to turn it off.

I wish they had put air conditioning in the rooms. There was one AC in the living / dining area which was effective for that area - but not for the top room.

The location of course is great! Good distance from the Station if needed and also a straight walk to the Capital Area. Also Brittany was exceptional helpful and friendly. And of course the unit is stayed in was fantastic, modern edges and really wonderful Vista of the whole of Toulouse

Well, the place is so poorly sign posted. It makes unnecessary hard work to find. I understand this is a common issue as many struggle to make sense of how to locate your facility. Also, I was not given advice on the entry code at the main door downstairs and got locked out. Perhaps just a reminder to let ppl know how this works. My fob was not working if this is the way in.

The location is good for walking anywhere

The room is much smaller than expected, with a strange layout. Although the listing mentions that the place has parking, on arrival we realised that the parking in question is actually the main city parking, which comes at an extra (quite hefty!) price. The facilities look completely different to the ads, it just doesn't have the sense of "luxury" described in the ad, with the views overlooking some depressing buildings, so not really what it's being advertised. Definitely too expensive for what it is.
