Staff and location were great. Free coffee and tea during the day was a plus.

The rooms were outdated, especially the separate room with the toilet. Pricey for what it was.

Central location, pretty close to the train station, as well as the city center. Nice staff, nice common area with free hot drinks.

Apartment cries for a renovation. Everything is old, worn out and wobbly. The toilet seat was loose, it had a smell; heater in the bathroom was rusty; shower screen is very narrow and the shower head sprayed in all directions. Looks much worse in real life, than on the photos.

The hot water from the shower was not enough for two persons.

Citadines is a good place to stay in Toulouse, it’s very well located close to everything, shops, restaurants, the main square. It’s also close to the stop of the airport shuttle bus. The staff was kind ans helpful. We had a large room and a comfortable bed.

The corridors of the floor where we stayed were dirty and the toilette needed a good scrub, it had a big, old dark stain, two ‘pastilles de ravel’ would do wonders.

Great location and very spacious rooms.

The only thing I found odd is the bed seemed to be two single beds stuck together, so I was always aware of the ridge in the middle. Not what I expect when I ask for a double/king bed.

Very nice hotel, excellent location very close to the main square, close to shops, restaurants and right beside a supermarket. Kind and helpful staff, clean room and comfortable beds. It’s also very close to the Jean Jaurès stop for the airport shuttle bus.

very noisy, city noise obviously but the hotel itself was very noisy. the mattress was uncomfortable we booked a double room and specifically asked for double bed but got two singles squashed together the room was really hot too

We were in twin beds- they could have been larger.

very bad quality. beds were dirty. we couldn’t sleep because of the itchiness. there were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. for a normally worth 200€ room we were very disappointed.

a), D46 the upstair inside room was very hot and no ventilation , ceiling window cannot open, making it hot and dead air stuck inside. b), I still have not receiving my invoice and bill till today, as promised during check out on 7th Oct2022, because the line connection problem that hotel staff said not able to provide and print out and they will send me later but never arrived! convenient location

the room was very tired. the toilet and bedroom were on different floors. The kitchenette was in a separate room. two single beds. I don’t recall knowing that or having an option for the double/queen. no coffeemaker although they offered free coffee downstairs. it was extremely noisy at night - all night - from Wednesday through Saturday. Ok Sunday and Monday.
