Great location,value for money

the bathroom was a bit dirty

We are a family of 5 and stayed in a quintuple room which consisted of 2 single beds and a double sofa bed with single bunk on the top. It was fine for one night but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. It was also fairly cramped, in the room (lack of space to put suitcases), but fine for one night. There was a cute little balcony and shower room with separate toilet. Little sachets of soap and shampoo were available in little cups in the bathroom which was nice. The shower wasn't particularly powerful, but was hot enough. Parking in the centre of Toulouse is a nightmare, but this hotel offers the opportunity to park in a neighbouring hotel's secure car park for 15 euros a night. We didn't book this in advance (naively thinking we'd get free on-street parking). After driving around Toulouse and being unable to find a parking space, my husband dropped me at the hotel and I enquired about the parking situation with the receptionist. He was really helpful and walked me to the carpark (which is just round the corner) and then to the neighbouring hotel and introduced me to the receptionist there. After paying our 15 euros and car reg, we were given a code to get in and out of the car park. It's not a massive car park, but we were lucky there were spaces. I'd advise anyone staying in this hotel to book the car park ahead, if travelling by car (unless they're familiar with the city and have other parking options).

Clean, easy to find, kind staff! Beautiful balcony view from our room. This stay exceeded our expectations.

Perfect location, short walking distance from train station and also close to old town / city center. Non-stop reception, friendly staff. A bakery is working right next to the hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small. Like a ship/airplane bathroom, but practical and has all you need.

Tiny room and mouldy bathroom

the central location opposite the train station was perfect. I had a first floor room and as the reception was on the first floor I had already climbed the stairs. There was everything that was required for a nights sleep in the center of the city provided in the hotel

the plug for the sink got stuck in place and at 11pm with an early start I was not prepared to try to remove it

the location and value for money are winners!

The staff were helpful. very easy access to the railway station and metro

I hadn't realised there was no lift, I stayed in a small cramped room on the third floor. had to manouver around the loo to get into the shower, the washhand basin was not even in the tiny bathroom.

I like the location. It was near the bus station and most attractions of the city so we just walked around to visit them. The room was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

Great location for a 6.30am train. The room was comfortable with a smart TV, and the staff were very friendly.

Little bit noisy, but to be expected with this price in the city centre!
