The location is excellent, and the place is beautiful; it’s well decorated and well stocked with everything you need. It's in a party street, and to have a drink or dance, you literally just have to go down to stairs, and you are there.

There is a 150€ caution change not mentioned on the booking page that you have to pay outside of Booking by credit card. Also, there are really, really high and steep stairs to access the apartment, so it is not so easy to go up with big luggage.

All the apartment was perfect and the view was amazing.

Easy to access, got a code for the front door key pad and code for the door key of the inside door. Very clean apartment with everything we needed, would totally recommend!

Stairs are difficult if you have big bags. Streets were a tad loud, but i'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me.

Beautiful little apartment and great location.

The key to our room wouldn’t unlock the door for some reason - luckily, we explained the situation on the phone and were able to be relocated in another room. The room itself looks great, good location and impeccable equipment. This being said, we’ve stayed there 3 nights/4 days and nobody ever came to bring us binbags/toilet paper or the like. On day 3, we even found a lonely sock that did not belong to us behind a curtain, along with some clipped nails in the bathroom. The bed was made and the bathroom towels neatly placed on it, showing some kind of cleaning had taken place. For the rest we had a good time, but we needed to dispose of our rubbish ourselves and had not understood this from the get go.

It was 13 degrees in the apartment when we arrived, the AC heated it up quickly but the bathroom was really cold as the heating there didn’t work.

Very, very badly cleaned! Lacking some kitchen things. Sheets grimy and need to be changed. Memory foam mattress that was so insanely soft two people would every night end up in the middle, in a hole. Stairwell was smelling fish and incredibly steep. Not fit for the unathletic or big bags. A lot of noise from other apts and stairwell
