Canapé-lit et télévision 65 pouces dans le salon. 42 téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Le parc d'attractions est ouvert le week-end jusqu'au week-end du Columbus Day et la piscine intérieure est ouverte jusqu'en décembre. Le taux hebdomadaire hors saison est de 800 $. 00 par semaine. Location d'hiver maintenant disponible du 15 octobre 2019 au 15 mai 2020. 900 $. 00 par mois aucun utilitaire inclus. Avant-dernier et sécurité requise pour la location d'hiver.

Comfortable condo, elevator & fun indoor pool, friendly, plenty of onsite parking, miles of beach & town walking to shops & eateries. Excellent communication with host/owner.

Great place on a great beach!
Great rental experience. Communication was excellent and the condo was perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great view from the balcony and secured building. I hope to stay at this condo again!

Excellent stay!!
Place was great...right on the beach..balcony was perfect for morning cofee and evening relaxation! Only issue we gad was trying to get in door at night but we got it figure out. Michael was a great host and even sent me info on what eas foinf on in town! Would def rent here again. 1 thing I would suggest..get some foam toppers for the single beds, would make a world of difference!

Security at the condo facility is very good. However there's a locked outer door that one would not be able to get into if no one was around. We don't smoke but posted rules for the condo complex is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property including balconies and parking lot. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. The view was wonderful! We are very pleased with our choice and the location for our daily exploring adventures.
