Good position, clean bathroom.
Bed very soft and uncomfortable. The apartment is dated with signs of damage with cracked tiles and blinds ready to fall off the ceiling and not able to be fully closed. Tidy property decoratively, but apart from this its passed the 'best by' date!

the property is located just over the bridge from the city, very quite with superb views. the vendor was so helpful. could recommend this property enough. will definately return.
The building was too hot and couldn't find a way of turning it down. there is nothing else i could say was wrong with the accomodation or the area.

Very nice,spacious apartment. Great location overlooking the marina. Ideal for visiting Humber Street, or the deep. 10 mins or less to walk into the old town.

The view of the harbour and central location were great, parking was very convenient and the flat was warm and clean and all the essentials functioned well. It was a nice place to be and relax.
The kitchen could have been better equipped with a cafetiere or means of making coffee other than the machine (which we couldn't get to work), sponges or cloths for cleaning with, tea towels, cleaning spray, a full set of crockery and cutlery (though we brought these for our two small children so we were ok). We also would have liked a full set of towels - we booked for 4 people, but only had 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel - and a couple of liquid tabs for the washing machine would also have been welcome.
The bed slats and side were loosely put together and came apart - it needs repair. The mattress and sofa bed were fine.

Not the accomodation's fault, but a really strong stench of cigarette smoke in the hallway presumably from another apartment which was quite off putting.

The location was the best.
The Key Code access was very difficult. The Code did not work initially. Not just for us but a queue of 10 people were trying to access the building. We eventually gained access through the garage parking area when a car came out them through the internal doors.

The location, the view and the accessibility. As an ambulant wheelchair user, the building had a flat entrance and a lift, although I did have issues with the cobbles outside the building (not the flat's fault). However, there was also disabled parking right in front of the entrance, which, along with the parking permit, made life a lot easier. The bed was comfortable and clean. Finally, while this is self check in, communication with the owner was really good.
It was quite warm in the flat, although the windows opened wide.

Good location. It is easy to go to a certain place. Such as the aquarium. I recommend every visitor to the city to see it and enjoy the great revelry. 🙂

The apartment had everything we needed and the landlord answered our queries promptly.
This is a must stay in apartment close to the best bits of Hull with fantastic views and is a very well appointed flat.

The apartment was a 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living are and free parking on site. The place was spotless, really good communication from the owner, easy to find the key when arrived. All the facilities were great and even had a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. Will definitely be using the apartment again as it was really convenient with 3 kids! Walking distance to old town, marina and also into the other end of town to get to St Stephens shopping centre. There is nothing i could fault about this place!

Parking is available just outside the building
The apartment was not available at the advertised check in time. I had updated our time of arrival using Booking.com messaging but the host said he hadn't received it. Told us to go away for an hour!
The extraction fans didn't work and a smell of stale tobacco smoke came into the flat.
The bedroom window blind is too short for the window therefore sun poured in at 5.30am!
Very small double bed in a large bedroom.

Brilliant position , shame there was some works going on outside. But will definitely book again.
