I already knew the location and the restaurant which is my favourite in Hull. The room was clean, comfortable and staff had accommodated my request.

My stay was marred by the taxi from Hull Cars, phoned for by reception, not turning up with no warning, causing me to have a panic attack as I thought I'd miss my train (I did) and therefore my flight which I did catch in the end. However it was a horribly stressful end to my stay in the UK. I don't blame the hotel, but hope they will never use Hull Cars again. My son will be cancelling his very lucrative airport trips with them.

The room was great. I asked for a room on the top floor as far away from the stairs and lift which they did. Very quiet inverter driven Air conditioning !!!! Food was good but eating Italian every night could become tiresome

Parking is a rip off and would not stay again because of this which is a shame as for short stays for business it is great value. A bar separate from the hustle and bustle of the busy restraunt would be nice. It is on a very busy road which it does not state on the website Bed was comfortable but creaked very loudly when you move The hotel is used by a lot of contractors who have no consideration fro people who are still sleeping when they leave for work and when they come back from the bar

Staff lovely everything was clean just the bed was very creaky every time I moved it creaked and I’m a poor sleeper so it made my nights sleep even more disturbed due to the noise so didn’t get much sleep. Went down for some milk none there the security guard was new he tried looking but there was nobody to ask so didn’t get to have a hot drink before leaving which was a bit disappointing. The creaking bed was the main issue. But as I say the staff and cleanliness was lovely.

The staff were lovely and very very helpful!!

The shower was very temperamental after a few minutes, the water would go scolding hot and then freezing.

No breakfast offered although had restaurant for evening
