Convenient location right by the train station, great breakfast, and great price for the stay.

Bed was hard and sheets and pillow smelled very musty and unpleasant.

This hotel is right opposite the railway station, if you are travelling by train. There was free parking for hotel guests right in front. The room is adequate size and comfortable, beds are comfortable enough, and the bathroom was good. Good for a one night stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. There is an izakaya right in front of the hotel which serves good food, although can be a little noisy

The breakfast was very plain and basic. Location of the hotel is not near any places of interest or shopping, although the canal boat tour was just a 10 minutes walk away. Otherwise no other places of interest around there.

Bedroom and bathroom is rather small , bathroom door at the bottom with a small gap with cool air gets into it.

Only one restaurant next to the hotel

Excellent location, just in front of the station. Room was not too small and beds were comfortable. It was possible to leave our bags there before check in while we did the canals tour. Staff was helpful and attentive. Onsen area was small but working well.

Doors to stairs were locked which was a security concern as there were just two elevators. Hotel was fully occupied and had to wait in line for breakfast as there was not enough room for all guests despite the fact that a time slot had to be chosen at check in.

This hotel was so accommodating. I happened to be in the area when the weather was bad. The trains were closed down and I was unable to get to the hotel. The hotel allowed me to receive a refund and was very understanding about the situation. I am so truly grateful for this act of service. I will definitely stay here when I come to the area. I recommend this hotel 100%.

They have free parking. Very near to the yanagawa station, all the boat services and convenience stores. Staff was friendly. Room was small but that is what you get in anywhere in Japan. Quiet and beautiful city. Breakfast was worth the money.

Room was hot even with the A/C. I did not know why but you can open the window.. so problem solved..
