The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, including organising transport, a lovely gift on arrival, impromptu photographers when asked etc. The hotel was stunning. Well laid out, relaxing, private, tranquil, strong showers, indoor marble theme & idyllic pool. Kamari is a beautiful spot, the beach, shops & restaurants were a 5 minute walk away from this hotel.. It was the perfect pampered accommodation for our wedding. THANK YOU Katherine, Penny, Madame Flora & other staff.

Really wonderful property located a short walk away from the seafront with all the bars and restaurants. The room was amazing with a really cool bathroom design. The room AVIS has amazing view from the balcony and it’s Jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond all expectations!

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the room but I had roaming so nothing really bad.

The location is probably the worst on the island, airplanes landing practically on your head and you hear them with closed windows. The jacuzzi was not not well functioning and not clean. Got infection from the common pool. It is too expensive, especially considering the location, which is also not beachfront and practically in the airport

Cleaned daily. Luxury feel compared to other hotels. Staff friendly and helpful. 12min walking distance (3min car/quad) to main Kamari strip and 7min to nearest shop.

Pool was always very cold and smaller than appears in photos. There’s not a large variety of pool snack and food.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Small and intimate and the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was lovely and it was lovely to have this brought to the room each morning and sit on the balcony to eat. The staff were amazing! Flora, Penny and Katherine could not have been more helpful. When we had issues charging our phones Penny immediately stepped up and loaned us her personal charger until we could source and buy and adaptor of our own. Katherine was so helpful in booking our catamaran trip and also sorting the telly out when I pressed some buttons and messed it up! Flora was simply extraordinary bringing drinks to our sunbeds and generally being a warm lovely person who could not do enough for us. Our room was wonderful with a wonderful shower and massive comfy bed. The hot tub was a lovely relaxing treat at the end of each day with a glass of wine. It was great to have a fridge in the room to keep the wine cool! Beautifully presented room on arrival and friendly and thorough cleaning crew maintained this throughout our stay ensuring clean fluffy towels were provided when needed. I was also knocked out by the cuddly bath robes and slippers provided for the duration of our stay and even enquired if we could buy them to take home! Overall I loved La Bellezza and will be returning. All of the staff were amazing from the cleaners and maintenance guys to the lovely ladies manning reception, and the taxi driver, Costa, who showed us round Thira and took us to the airport went over and above and is a friend for life. He will be our personal driver on our return! He did not want to take money for taking us to the airport (but we made him)! Every person that I met in Santorini was warm and welcoming and I was very sorry to leave. Thank you everyone for sharing your beautiful island with us and welcoming us with open arms! See you in 2024! x

The pillows took a bit of getting used to as one on its own was too low but two was too high. A bit more variation in the music by the pool would be nice. The plinky plonky stuff became a bit irritating after a while but we loved the trancey stuff! These two issues are minor and did not impact our overall experience in any way. Hence the exceptional ratings all round.

the attention of people at the hotel was great! excellent location, close to the beach and to the bus area and less than 10 min from the airport.

Everything was great!

We were given a complimentary upgrade and the room was amazing. Very spacious, two bathrooms, two balconies (one with a hot tub and sea view), big comfy bed, fridge, water, toiletries. We were given a lovely complimentary drink on arrival, which was appreciated, and the lady that checked us in was very helpful and polite. Location was excellent, only a minute or two to walk to Kamari beach and all the restaurants and shops. The hotel also has a nice pool and complimentary pool towels for guests.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. Just be aware that Kamari is right next to the airport and so planes are flying over all day, every day.

Beautiful place we stayed for 11 nights and on our arrival was greeted at reception and shown to our accommodation.We stayed in a room with the outdoor pool at the front entrance on patio with a hottub on the back terrace.Plenty of room for the family with full privacy outside.Bathrooms was huge with a double shower in the main bedroom. Would highly recommended and likely to be staying here again in the future thanks for a great time.

It was close to the airport, clean and they serve breakfast in your room. Also the room had a jacuzzi.

The price. It’s too expensive for the location.

good breakfasts served to the room, very good lunch meals, all facilities extremely clean. Very friendly and helpful crew. Only thing not perfect was location too close to airport and thus noise from planes landing. I recommend, especially for families with little kids.
