L’hôtel est très bien placé, à côté de la plage et proche de commerces et restaurants.

El tracte rebut. Platja i pàrquing descampat molt aprop.
L' habitació era petita per 4 persones. No hi havia lloc per deixar la roba, seure per esmorzar o dinar. La cuina extremadament sencilla. No hi havia microones ni forn. Només una planxa eléctrica, que no funcionava i que la van canviar inmmediatament.

The staff has been very welcoming. The terrace of the room is nice and pleasant to have breakfast. The room is well equipped.
The bathroom is confortable but it could use a renovation.

Near the beach. Soft matresses.
We booked the studio as a stop over for our last night in Santorini. Two weeks earlier we paid the same rate in an accomodation in Akrotiri with breakfast included that was far better than Zacharakis Studios. The studio is just too small to house 4 people. Kitchen and bathroom are dated. OK for a short stay but I wouldn't want to stay here for a week.

Location was super great to have peace for yourself, its close to everything that you need (bakery, market,ATM), it is also very close to the big sandy beach. We also liked that you clean rooms regularly, fresh towels, just awesome.

Near the beach which is a very beautiful location.. a Very friendly cat and a dog inside the place..the reception and staff helpful and friendly. The swimming pool good for kids,. The room is big with good wifi.
Toilet and shower are old and smelly, overall not bad particularly good place for short periods.

The location was great!
Very small room for 4 people, almost no space to walk around and a bit claustophobic And the bathroom was not good either, also very small and just difficult to use.

The location is great next to the beach as well as next to the big parking of kamari.I got the theory of the 50 meters which is that : withing the range of 50 meters during holidays ,there should be, the beach ,the bakery, the restaurant ,the parking and the cafeteria.Zaharakis studios meets all that creteria too much at once.Our room had a view at the sea at the front balcone but to our surprise there was a back balcony which was looking at the mountain.Higly reccomended!!!
The owner of Zaharakis studios (Vaggelis) is a Mercedes fan in F1.Visit the facilities with a ferrari T-shirt.

The boss is just a great person, so nice and knows how to make his customers feel at home, he gave us adresses and every tiny information we needed to have a wonderful time, The hotel is right next to Kamari Beach, a great area, hundreds of restaurants at the door step, and next to the ocean, great food also ! 24h supermarket at 100 meters that sells tobacco and everything you would ever need. The kitchen in the room is perfectly equipped to make a full course dinner, the bed is SO comfy, and the balcony in my room looked on to a huge beautiful mountain and the ocean, room 26, to die for ! I loved every second, I thank a million time again everyone, just such a nice family, it was my pleasure to spend a week in this hotel. Kalimera !!! 🇬🇷❤️👍🏼
